I have cervical instability in my upper cervical area due to trauma. Can this help tighten the ligaments including the alar ligament? My atlas and c2 go out and cause horrible systemic issues for me

Sorry to hear about your C-spine instability.
Laser can help with healing ligaments, when injured, but not specifically tightening them.

    Can this strengthen lax ligaments?

      Hi Concerned Citizen,
The MLS Laser can help with tissue repair of a damaged ligament, after a sprain injury for example. It will speed up the healing process.
But if a ligament is lax through hypermobility, for example, it won’t help to strength it. In this instance aim to strength the muscles that cross the effected joint to help with stability at the joint.
