    After watching a good portion of your videos, I am tempted to make the long trip to the UK from here in the states to learn even more from you.... you are an excellent instructor and I thank you for giving me many new tools to bring to my american football athletes! Very much appreciated

      +Robert Beach Thanks for the great comments, many therapists make the journey from overseas to Oxford (UK) to come and study with myself, then again, I can always come to you and run some courses if you have enough people interested......Regards, JG

    How do I find someone to help me. I’ve been to a chiropractor and I was just a number. They didn’t even evaluate me or even acknowledge where and what I wrote down on their paperwork. I been dealing with blocked ears then after 6 months they started ringing/ buzzing. Since January 2022. 😢 who ever knew your hearing comes from your rear

    Wow - an expert at last on youtube!
    He was putting his hands exactly where I feel pain most of the time in the first two minutes.
    Can a simple massage technique like this take away the problem?

    Just the kind of work I know I need on myself... struggling to find anyone that can do whats needed... wasted so much money and time in the past going to places that ‘say’ they can help and clearly have no idea... opposite end of the UK to me or I would be hoping to book in with you... I would be a great case study for students though!
    Practitioner myself which doesn’t help, as I know how I would treat my issue....but my hands don’t reach around to do it🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

      On ne peut pas dire qu'il se fatigue beaucoup alors qu'on sait que rien ne vaut un bon massage de 45 minutes compte-tenu de l'état du patient. Je ne crois pas du tout à ces démonstrations sensationnelles parce que toutes nouvelles.

    Hi John,...what is a good "generic" massage solution or oil to use for the 'average' person being worked on please. I need professional answers here..."not guesses from the masses". No offense. I'm an RN who is using these techniques to actually help people...instead of pain meds.

    Why would you ever want to stretch the rhomboids?

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lengthening is different to stretching as I am sure you know and muscles shorten and lengthen so I am trying to normalise the soft tissues rather than to physically stretch them. Regards JG

    • @BioStock08
      @BioStock08 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know the difference between stretching and lengthening. Is there a resource I can look at that can tell me? I did not learn it in school.
      I am also assume she does not do a lot of Rhomboid heavy actives. All the people I work on have rounded shoulders and forward head posture.
