I really enjoy your videos. I'm definitely going to sign up for your online class. I've implemented a few of your techniques and they have helped my clients. Thank you!
You are a MASTER in your field! I do truly hope to come and take a live course with you one day. With regards- a massage student in NYC. thank you for these videos, really helps me to learn so much!
Hey John. Currently seeing a few elderly clients with THA. After surgery they are all told to not adduct or internally rotate as that increases the chance of luxation. A lot of these videos on the hip use some sort of add/IR. Could you maybe at some point make a video addressing techniques and tests for this subset of clients?
Do you mean THR - as in a replacement rather than a THA (Arthoplasty) as you mentioned luxation? I am sure I will make a video at some point and thanks for the message - regards JG
MET has originated from the osteopathic profession (Fred Mitchell) and PNF from the physiotherapy profession. They are similar in one respect as typically a contract relax technique - PNF typically is more aggressive / more of a contraction and used to stretch muscles - METs are gentler and used to normalise the joint position by normalising the length of the muscles, hope that helps, regards JG
Yet again excellence, skill, clarity and brevity
Thank you John

MET has originated from the osteopathic profession (Fred Mitchell) and PNF from the physiotherapy profession.
