There are many toxic couples who talk on the phone daily yet their conversations have no substance or depth to them, so they are like strangers. Some people have to work on themselves in order to become the best version of themselves for their partner, now what's true live. You don’t need to talk every day in a long-distance relationship. Sometimes life makes it hard to respond to text or take time to talk on the phone. It’s not unreasonable to need a few days to focus on work or yourself. However, there is a difference between talking every day and staying connected to your significant other.
