      @bflo1000 yeah, I lived in a corrupt town run by Good Ole Boy hispanics. Took us two years to officially recall the mayor. Once that happened, we could go after the entire police department. Half the force ended up in prison, the other half flat out fired. Only 2 cops remained because they were new hires and this was their first job or so. We brought in the neighboring county and the Texas Rangers to get the criminal charges on on the hispanic good old boys. Funny thing, Mayor Esquivel had the audacity, nay the sheer unmitigated gall, to claim that most of us didn't speak English as a first language, so we didn't know what we were voting for.

      Hell, a reporter that was looking in to him went missing.
      Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

This is the exact reason why I stopped watching ESPN, Anything having to do with Hollywood and all sports. The only thing that I watch now is boxing and UFC because they rarely allow politics into that world. Two tried me again two weeks later, saying they were going to put tractor and all the accessories on a flat bed...they came riding in with a bunch of strange men on motorcycles and two trucks, one with a flat bed and ramp. I had told MY kinfolk what had occurred, so they helped me get that stuff sold for honest prices. You should have seen the looks of surprise lol! Doesn’t make it right as she’s not sound of mind but she absolutely knew them that day and the next as she addressed them by name. This is elder abuse in my book. How sickening that they are justifying their actions as if the law doesn’t matter, the families wishes don’t matter, but rather their ‘wants’ take precedence. Shame on all of you. I sure hope the state steps in and prosecutes to the fullest extent, as it is obvious the local law and court are going to do nothing in this matter. As honest as the caretaker had been, she should be awarded and given something from the will, not those sleezy, pathetic theives! Her dedication of care and honesty deserves a show of gratitude and appreciation from the family. She, of all people, was most deserving, but she didn't even steal anything from them!

    its vile how they took advantage of his belongings when he passed away, his closest friends and their family chose to betray him, entering the house without permission and thinking it’s okay because they’re friends does not mean they get some sort of entitlement to do so. the fact that they don’t even seem to regret what they’ve done and only think about it as helping him because ‘he doesn’t need them anymore’ leaving the poor wife with nothing to remember him by.

      Should it not be robbery and as soon as they took the gun, it turned into armed robbery?
      Not to mention conspiracy.

    • @joelsommer5765
      @joelsommer5765 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@SomeReallyUniqueName no they can't charge with robbery cause according to the law, robbery is when someone takes things from you Using force or the use of Threat of force. Armed robbery is when the force you use (or the threat of force) is with a gun. That's why sometimes people who break into a home get charged with Burglary (breaking into a home, entering a home without consent) ,but do not get charged with robbery cause they didn't use force ot threat of force to steal.
      Hope that explains a little bit why they're not calling it robbery. 🙂

      @@joelsommer5765 ah, ok thanks. But even with burglary there is a difference if with or without a gun. Though I am unsure if you had to have it before entering or not.
      And even if they had to bring it in, if they leave and then return with the stolen weapond, that should count.

    They literally sat their and conspired to commit grand larceny, grand theft auto, burglary. They entered that home without permission, with the express intent of commiting multiple felonies. Furthermore, we can also see elements of government corruption. The crazy part about this whole thing is that they did it with such confidence. They justified their actions to each other. There was almost a sense of entitlement amongst the group. I would be willing to bet this is something they are used to doing.

Seams like he was "freinds" to all the legal system or very strong ties to them he probably was a huge donator and helped them all at once point however he could and the moment he was vulnerable they pounced and took advantage of him and his poor wife he spent a long time preparing for them to live comfortably in retirement. This makes my stomach turn, when someone dies and there is immediately people there to "help" they are more than not up to no good!! These people were all so "shocked" by 5he value of this man's personal belongings! They made $2000.00 sound like it was alot of money to them they probably have gotten most of what they have by deceptive things.... They all deserve to be locked up they deprived a woman with dementia of her personal belongings and money, they shouldn't have taken a single thing that will would have been gone and a new one replaced with someones name that was at that house stealing if they would have found it!
