- After Ronnie Oneal said he wasn't sorry for the murders of his girlfriend and 9-year-old daughter with special needs during his sentencing, the judge then spoke: "Nineteen years I've been at this job, I've seen human beings killed at the hands of others in every way imaginable... This is the worst case I've ever seen," Judge Michelle Sisco said. "For the rest of my life I will be haunted by what I saw as far as the evidence, and just the abject cruelty of it all."

The reason for three life sentences is because you can make parole after 25 years. This ensures that this man will be in prison for 75 years at the very least.
You can, unless you have life without the possibility of parole, in some states. Also some states life sentences are different in length.

What made me furious is reading up on this case and basically, he shot and beat the wife to death and hacked his daughter, who couldnt speak and had special needs, with an axe. He stabbed his son and set the house no fire -
the WORST thing is he represented himself and therefore got the chance to 'cross examine' his own SON who was brave enough to stand as a witness - this 11 year old had to stand there as his FATHER, and the guy he saw murder his whole family and tried to murder him - tried to poke holes in his story.

There’s “prison justice” in so many places that to hear it doesn’t exist in Florida is a damn shame. There are other states in which he’d be deliberately thrown into Gen-Pop because it’s known that other inmates would “handle him” in a way the court system can’t. I’m disgusted that he’ll be left alone in a Florida prison and sickened by the possibility that he could use it to his advantage to become a “force” or a “respected” inmate within prison in Florida.
And the guards will open his cell and let them take every frustration they have out on him, they will send in the worst of the worst, I give him a year

He tried murdering his 9 year old son, but he survived and has since been adopted by the lead detective. God bless this family. I wish this judge could realize that nothing she’s explaining is getting through because she’s not talking to a human being.
It’s more for the family of the victims. If he doesn’t know how special they were then everyone else should.
He has chronic mental health problems which is why he's denying the reality of what he did. The judge is trying to put specific images into his head so he will keep thinking of that night. Unfortunately they might be cancelled out by his psychotic delusions.

Agree, there are quite a few professions out there that could not unsee or unhear things. Thank heaven there are people that choose these professions as it comes at great risk to their soul… I’m truly thankful to those people.
i wouldnt want her job, because it is no mans place to judge another. judges are terrible people. why do you think the justice system has so many problems? because to attorneys and judges and police this is all a game to them.
like imagine judging everyone for a living, in a broken system that has caused insane problems. im sure if you are okay with that, seeing a case like this is no big deal.

One of the officers who attended the scene or worked the case has adopted him. He and his family are getting him the physical and emotional help he needs. And the firefighters also have taken him out I believe. It’s been a while since I read the info but from what it sounds like, those around him saw the need and have done whatever they can to support him and let him know that he is loved and cared for. It obviously won’t be easy for him, but I’m glad he’s in a loving home.

I'm a grown man and I cried my eyes out hearing about this. That man is a monster to life and living. To even think that people on this Earth can spiral out of control and turn into disgusting human beings is a scary thought. We need the Lord in these times for all types of protection and blessings away from that type of energy that's on him that may be on other people around us...The fact is some negative energy in souls we never can see until it manifests from out of someone. But God is powerful and all-knowing to lead us away from that energy in people. Whoever sees this may the Lord, his wisdom, and his Angels protect you, Amen.
