I can my mushrooms by boiling them for 5 minutes then can as you did, they shrink up and they are easier to get a full jar of mushrooms. I use the water they were boiled in for mushroom broth, I can that also and the stems I dehydrate and grind them up for mushroom powder. All the work that goes into growing them I dont waste one bit of them!

Very disappointed, he didn't show the actual mushrooms after, we dont know what they look like and what they taste like with all this salt
They look the same just a little darker and very good Sorry we did not show them.
