i watch both you and sketch.both of you are outstanding! i also started spray painting about 5yrs. ago.i love it! still cant afford all those expensive spray cans and colors.but i manage.good work and hats off too you both!
Hi James, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment and great feedback i really do appreciate it :)
I like it but do it with black and outline it with orange and yellow make it look like a solar eclipse with the plants that would look awesome 👌
Dear Mr. Barber, first off, outstanding work. I wanna see those sun rays loop around and back down into the sun because that's what they do 😉 and I believe ur more than capable of doing it. Just think you'll be the first to do it probably, I've never seen it done on TH-cam. Keep up the awesome work so I can continue learning from you.
Hi Gitpicker, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment, Great feedback, and the suggestion, I really appreciate it :) It been a couple of years since i painted this, but may give it ago again changing some things and adding your suggestion :)
I definitely look forward to seeing it!
What caps do you use for the colors and what caps do you use for the black?
bro this is super cool, more than art comes out of what you do and I love watching you so much! I have only one question, why the dark side is towards the sun and the light side of the planets is against the sunlight?
Awesome painting, but what was the 3 lines for? Just seems more of a distraction that doesn’t belong. Maybe I’m just wrong, I just have never seen anything like that.
Hi Avi, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the feedback, I really appreciate it :) I was trying to add some solar flares from the sun, but it didn't work as well as i had imagined it too.
hello Jon Barber Art, vẽ tuyệt vời hay quá

Hi JK, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave this comment and feedback i really appreciate it :)
I love the effects you're able to achieve, but, damn, how many suns are in this system? Each planet seems to have its own light source, with none of them being illuminated by the star shown in the center.
Hi Darth, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the feedback, it’s really appreciated :) i was just painting this one not really thinking about things in it :)
Hey jon, what is the best or your recommended brand/type of paint to use. I literally just started a few days ago and ive been using rustoleum acrylic %
& metallic paints
Hi Sam, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the question, I really appreciate it :) Almost all spray paint will work for making spray paint art :) and rust-oleum will work for making spray paint art hope this helps :)
@@JonBarberArt yes this helps alot. Love watching your videos they help me out as i slowly evolve my talent
Brill spray art you are so very talented
Thank you so much for the comment and feedback Jane it's much appreciated :)
I have a question......I am a newbie to spray art and using Liquitex spray cans. However, they do not appear to do a transparent clear spray, which I see other artists using although not using Liquitex. Do you have any ideas of others that I can use with this acrylic spray paint? Many thanks!
Hi thank you for the question , i have had a look on the internet and you can get Liquitex transparent paint (Varnish) if you go to the Liquitex web site there's a list of everything they do in spray paint , i hope this helps :) if you need to know anything else feel free to ask :)
@@JonBarberArt thanks for your very swift reply! I had seen the Liquitex varnish but not realised it was "transparent paint"......I thought it was just that........Varnish! Thanks, I can now get some and work with it. Thanks again!
Martine Finney no problem I’m happy to help , I tend to stick to the same make of paint and varnish so it doesn’t react, but you can mix some up together it’s just trail and error , hope this helps, also there are different types of varnishes in the make you use :)
What kind of tip do u use for softer spray
Hi Dickie, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, and the question, I really appreciate it :) The caps i use are skinny caps hope this helps :)

Thank you
I never realized until just now that, although you do paintings of space all the time, you tend to focus on planets rather than the sun. I loved the slight change of pace in that respect as well as the painting and video itself! Like 7, my friend!
Thank you Kool Bros for the comment and the feedback , i am very grateful for the support you give me on my channel it's very much appreciated :) , also i'm glad you enjoyed watching this video :)
