Question 1: yes you will deduct 1 part line--50 feet, 1 pound per foot, 50 pounds total deduction. Question 2: lifting off the main boom with the extension erected, the erected extension would be a capacity deduction. Real world, the jib should be stowed because with the 32 ft fixed erected, at this configuration, an operator would be real close to tipping. Also it doesn't leave much working capacity.

Deduct extension when lifting off the main boom.. Do not deduct if lifting off the extension/jib. When picking off the extension the jib chart capacities already account for the effective weight of the extension. Not meaning to over emphasize-- do not deduct the weight of the jib when making the lift off the jib/extension. Hope this helps.
Very open ended question. there are a lot of cranes that may be able to do the job. Looks like you will be at a low boom angle so it's going to take a large capacity mobile crane to pick 115t. You should see if you can get some assistance from an engineer in your area. As a side bar, the grove crane in the video should not, could not, make a 115 ton lift. Good luck.

Operators of Liebherr cranes may receive a certification through NCCCO, by passing the appropriate Lattice Boom Crawler (LBC) Exam or Large Telescopic Boom Swingcab (TLL) exams. It is then up to owners, responsible parties, to ensure operators are qualified to operate the particular crane. If you just need load charts, there are variety of Liebherr load charts available online.
This just PowerPoint with voice over. As I go through PowerPoint I record and save as mpeg file. For the problems I draw out I use a screen recording program called camtasia along with a tablet digitizer by Wacom for the drawing.
The new CCO exams for TLL certification will use a different chart (Link Belt RT). I will eventually create some new videos for that chart/test. Day job comes first however so it may be I while.
I’m not sure what you’re asking? If you are asking about the dark line separating the load chart, that concerns structural strength and tipping load. See note 15 in the load chart notes. Capacities above the dark line are based on structural capacity of the crane. If these capacities are exceeded the crane may have a structural failure. The capacity values below the dark line are based on tipping. If those capacities are exceeded the crane is likely to tip over before structural damage occurs.

Another good resource for people taking the CCO exams is IPT's Crane and Rigging Manual--there is a chapter on Boom Trucks which should help on the specialty exam. The Crane and Rigging Manual will also help you prepare for the core exam. One more source of info is the OSHA crane regulations--it can be found on Line. These regulations are found in the CFR 1926 (construction regulations) in subpart CC. Good luck.
