@@drsachinjainortho Doctor just a small issue I had partial menisectomy on the anterior side of medial meniscus and got a ACL R with hamstring graft(forgot the tendon names) just 23 days back. I can walk normally without support as instructed by my surgeon and physio. I can bend it more than 120° and can nearly sttaighten my leg and also doing quad strengthening excercises as instructed. But sometimes I feel my knee is going to give out like before while walking, though it does not give away yet I have the sensation of that. Is it normal?
This you have to discuss with your operating surgeon as he knows what was done and what would be the next course of action

@@ajsingh1724 I play regularly now. Those are small setbacks. Dont worry. Carry on the rehab as best as anything. U ll get good.

I have recently gone through ACL surgery, this video is very helpful it's clear lots of confusion in a scientific way.
I think acl is the only surgery in which there are lots of confusion from ACL surgery implant to after surgery physiotherapy protocol.
Unnecessary confusion created
ACL surgery and results are good
Choice of implants is all company driven it is the surgical technique and surgeon which is of prime importance

It is but pcl reconstruction can stretch out even after surgery so protocol is a bit different for pcl
