It looks like the 2019 model year of this generation of the Micra will be the last available in Canada, but they made enough of them to sell through most of 2020.
I got one of the last 2019's....but there are still a few brand new ones left on Nissan lots out there......Nissan canned it too soon......gas prices are rocketing up....and big SUV owners will be howling shortly.....they could have added a few features to this car(the magic seats that were available on the European Micra) a bit more sound deadening, up graded the sound system(its passable at best) and included Apple car play and Android auto, maybe upgraded the front seats.....and this car could have been a winner......its nippy, it handles well, and brakes incredibly well....and does 35 mpg city/highway....Yes the styling maybe a little dated....but I stand out in the crowd....most vehicles(Nissan included) have gone for the "car as transformer" look that would not be out of place in a Star Wars movie....I think if they could have included all the equipment and brought it in under 14K.....I think they would have had another Volkswagen Beetle....the majority of bugs have been worked out, parts are easy to acquire(both aftermarket or used) keeping costs down....and its a blast to drive....

The spare tire is mounted UNDER the car, same as in a pickup truck.
