I'm an expert at "tree landings". Twice I've had to wait for about 2 weeks before I got some high winds to blow the plane out of the tree. Over the course of the past two years when I started flying RC I've probably "tree landed" about 15 times or so.

I'm looking into buying an rc glider and I already know there's going to be plenty of "tree landings"

„tree landings“ is a hard landing to do especially the part not to break the plane and to get it down safely.🤔

The volantex Trojan isn’t awful on manual mode, but you have to trim it perfectly. Takes some getting used to, but worth trying.
The UMX timber is 160 these days and a little punchy and fragile for a beginner. Nowadays I only recommend them to people with some kind of joystick, aircraft, or video game experience. I have three of them, and the PH connector pin broke on one, and on another the elevator servo started twitching out. Only had them for a few months, the quality of these Eflite micros isn’t nearly as good as a full size plane and the cost difference is small.
I recommend the volantex cub and the hobbyzone sport cub for micros, and the full size aeroscout to new people. By far the best beginner planes.

The only thing about the volantex corsair in expert mode is just like a real corsair that gull wing is prone to tip stall so it's hard to learn to flare.. which in reality is great to learn on.

Oh man! Forgot these videos are still live lol! Thanks for watching: this was when I was learning how to record. This little planes in expert mode are insanely hard to fly. So if you figure that out…. You can fly anything !!

i had the corsair only after 12 flights it just dissapead never to be seen again there goes my 300 bucks i think to get into the hobby your best bet is a spektrum radio spektrum charger and a spektrum battery or a hrb battery my first planes was the timber evo love it still have it!

These things are the best, I got the eachines/volantex P51, XK A220 P40, and my brother got the corsair. I think the gyro on the eachine/volantex is the best, you can turn real sharp. not as sharp as the XK, I wouldn't get the XK again. The corsair flys the best and most stable, P51 second. Can you do a video on how to not lose orientation when you're flying? that's my main problem now, I lose where the plane is going.

I'm asking cause I'm planning on getting an amewi amxflight l-39 albatros.
