    What Sri Lanka have right now is fast food or lunch packets with huge rice quantity readily available to eat. so, even if we want to eat clean, when you are out and about need to grab something to eat with your busy schedule those are the option you'll have. Can you guys go and talk to super markets and encourage them to have healthy food section, like packs that we can buy easily which consist of all the nutrients you showed on this video. In other countries, you'll find plenty of options you could go and easily buy, salads, chicken (prepped or raw).....etc This way its easier to get the food intake daily with our busy life style, especially, if it's ready made. It's not easy to prep the food everyday while you mange your office and personal life. Sri Lanka lack healthy food ready made options in super markets. This will not only benefit the gymgoers but also, anyone whose interested of eating healthily.
