Great video, not for me, not using any guides or tips I am gonna take my time and explore everything and try just to enjoy the full levelling process, rushing to max level and then complaining about no content is the most stupid complaint I have ever heard.
You can definitely kneecap your enjoyment of an MMO by going down the min/max rabbit hole and not taking the time to mess around and smell the roses. That being said, games like New World often have too much information and layered complexities to keep it all stored in your head. You can take the pocket-sized travel-guide approach to learning a game, or you can dedicate yourself to mastering all of its lore, but you aren't doing yourself a disservice by learning some of what's going on.
What I would like to see is a detailed series of every system in the game like crafting, combat, gathering, etc. Something that will be beneficial for noobies but also has good info for more experienced players.
cooking missions are easy and if you have mats the xp is big for soup or whatever food was there, also small rations are easy. giving tips about a game that is releasing in 1month|+ seems weird or making build, they will deffinetly change a lot of what you said in the video. I hope they remove town boards or 24hr cooldown
Do a video on gems. So gems are a small thing early game, but if applied correctly they can add just enough extra nudge to make you stronger or live longer. So explain what each do and which would be the best way to use gems in either weapons, armor, or jewelry.
I love making builds but on the release of an MMO, I try not to level fast. I like to explore instead of quest and follow what looks interesting. I need my MMO's to be dangerous and captivating, I'll start rushing on my 3rd or 4th alt =) The hope is one day to find a game where I never stop wandering and never have an alt nevermind a dozen of them

I was wondering the same. No one seem to split attributes for the weapons. I'd bet he will eventually socket an INT gem into a good greataxe and put everything into INT and CON, but I wish he'd answer this yeah :)

Great questions! Main game is a hard commitment for me as I like to play multiple games. It will definitely be staple on the channel, but you may see other games here as well. TBD, but most likely something West. TBD Syndicate or Cov, kinda feeling out what others want to do.
The fact that you start at random locations its kinda meh.. We are 4 friends who want to start together, where 3 of the havent played before.. So a quick guide video on how to quickly go thru the tutorial and see where you start and maybe rince/repeat until all 4 of us are on the same beach.. Or a video on how to "stop" a quest line and run to another beach and continue.. Dont know if amazon will have a fix for this in the open beta.
I'd love to say that is the case. But unfortunately most creators think similarly or have a checklist of videos that they like to hit. For instance, I have a lineup of topics that I will cover before launch, around launch, and post launch. To add onto this, there are tons of online platforms for Creators that will suggest topics to help grow their channel, hence the similar content.
I played solo during cbt, it was fun and enjoyable. Just work with other strangers when you need to fight a harder creature and you have to team up with 4 others for a dungeon. I did crafting and almost got my first house by level 25. I hope solo play gets more love and not forgotten about. I'm not into joining guilds anymore, just want to chill at my own pace.
i think they made a mistake delaying the game after a huge beta success. hell, we had a freakin new world withdrawal after the cbt ends. now though, i feel like people start to lose interest in this game. well ate least i do.
No it was needed, they realized certain things were fucked and cannot be released. Gold and item dupes, constitution stacking which all main stats are useless, leveling too quickly, the ceilings reached in 2 weeks or less
the problem wit the game is limited skills and the gameplay doesn't change from low to high level... u dont get more badass.. its the same.. gonna get boring
Dude wtf r u talking about? Early I was constantly out of mana, couldn't take a hit for shit, and took 4 ever to beat 3 mobs. At level 25 I had endless mana, standing toe to toe with multiple mobs and nuking like crazy from all ranges.
@@바보Queen then use a different weapon? And for each weapon there are 6 skills? No diff from any other mmo, you might have 240 skills but there's always an optimal rotation that consists of only 4-5 skills. The rest are just fluff.

Yeah, there are some useless skills that double up in most MMORPGs but there are at least 15 active skills, including CCs and self-preservations, that are 100% necessary. Action RPGs that tie their active skills to their weapon categories do get very boring, very quickly.
You sound like a “META is the only way” so here is a facepalm right back at ya 🤦 He did mention it was for zooming around with speed skills and passives, so pvp is most likely not a concern for him at launch. Also, you can play whatever combo you want, as the game allows that, so just shove that meta where the sun don’t shine. Each to their own 😎 Now have a great day 😊

Yup! I plan on doing some PvP stuff along the way, but a lot of my fulfillment is from the PvE side of things up till I can get in on Outpost Rush, etc. At that point, I'll swap to something more suited for that.

The dodge cancel also works with Med armour weight, obviously not as far, but still cancels the stand animation for instant running again

Fire staff is purely for Burn Out mobility and pulls. GA is all damage and mobility

Half the humanoid mobs in this game look like they could be Warframes or Warframe skins. It's a good thing, means in-depth character design.
