    The lady brought her 'A' game....as she always does, despite a glitch in the sound production. But she is nothing if not professional. And she should be looked up to by the younger generation of performers. She always maintains a sense of decorum when being interviewed, whether on camera or for written media. She thinks about the question that is asked her and gives a well thought out and informative answer. She suffers no fools and is very intelligent. And she does not mind making waves or social statements with her music/songs (Lighthouse). She is timeless and we all should enjoy her talent and being while we are lucky enough to have her. Both performances were awesome. Shout out to Waddy.....YOU are awesome, my man!

    It was SNL magic. It was the first time Id heard the Lighthouse song and I had tears streaming down my face with the urgent power of it. The Voice of a poet reaching out from a long-battled past to the next generation of women to wake up and use your power before it is stripped away before your eyes. “17” was a beautiful tribute to an icon and Im glad the moment did not pass without the honor it deserves.

      @@mr.g1758No, for the rescinding of the rights of born women to make decisions about their own bodies and lives. To which god do you refer? No matter, as I don't believe in fairytales.

    • @mr.g1758
      @mr.g1758 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@SheilaR.08 Yes but there is another body and human involved too. Pulling body parts out of a woman's womb is murder, regardless of how you want to brand it. And we as a nation will pay the price for 60 million abortions since 1973.
      Sheila if you have a problem believing in a Creator, just a little time of study-- which you probably would refuse to do, might open your eyes. I'm not Catholic but can you refute the testimony of the miracle at Fatima, Portugal in 1917? 70,000 who were there all believed after the ten minute event was completed. You tell me how their wet and muddy clothes were suddenly dry and clean? Google Fatima Miracle.
      The Torah Code is another evidence discovered in the Hebrew language Bible around 1988. It contains exact skip letter sequence (within text) words and phrases that tell of things happening in this generation-- though it was written 3500 years ago. One such example is of Israeli Prime Minister Yiksak Rabin's assassination in 1994. Not only was the "Festival of Lights" event discovered encoded as where he died, but the name of the assassin just two rows below Rabin's name...in consistent skip code. Google or view on youtube "Torah codes".
      Furthermore in the Holy Bible are numerous prophecies of events foretold many years ahead of their occurrence. King Cyrus of the Persian empire's name was mentioned as the once who would free the Jews from captivity in 538 BC...this was 400 years before Cyrus was born. Google fulfilled Bible prophecies...there are hundreds of them to study...a few that are yet to be fulfilled.
      And you want to call that a coincidence? If you accept Christ's sacrifice for forgiveness and are baptised you will inherit eternal life. If you reject Christ you will inherit the adversaries' kingdom, which is of fire and eternal torture by the demons that inhabit it...and yes they are mentioned in Genesis as those angels that rebelled with Satan and were cast out of heaven.
      The good part, is YOU decide your eternal destination. Choose wisely Sheila. Do not ignore this warning and do nothing, then regret it after you die, for it is too late to repent after death. Best to study these things I mention.

      I have a working theory that if, during your 20s, you do mass amounts of illegal drugs and completely neglect your body and actually live through the process, the resistance to aging and disease result in your "rock star" self living a longer than average life. Think about it. Clapton. Jagger and Richards. Neil Young. The list goes on.

    That is Gaffigan’s quote - you seem him in the cast line up at the end of this video. He is there playing Tim Walz these days.

    I know Stevie’s concert manager. He praised her for being THE most professional singer/celebrity he’s ever worked with. When he yells, “show time” Stevie is at her dressing room door with full makeup and hair waiting for the theatre cart. (Little golf cart.” Pure professional.
