I generally don't blend my strawberries first, but I'm going to try it and see how it goes. Never thought about using extract. I've tried a couple of dashes of bitters, but I'm going to see how extract kicks up the flavor. Gonna try that strainer bag also. As far as fruit lemonade, I generally make strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry; but I've been thinking about maybe doing a pineapple mango

Any flavor fruit with the lemonade would work great. Stevia works great as a sugar substitute as well for those of us who are diabetic.!

Nice, but strain the strawberries right after you purée them in the blender, then use that to make the simple syrup. Just rearranging the order.
