I haven’t tried before but you can use normal water as well, it’ll be more like a flavoured water! I do find sparkling water is more refreshing and tastes better though so I recommend but not mandatory ^^
nope, sparkling water is optional but I do recommend sparkling water because I personally find it is more refreshing and just gives it that extra kick. whereas flavoured flat water to me is just not as delicious
