In this video i'm going to show you how to properly and step-by-step replace a new thermal fuse for a fan motor.it's pretty much simple for anyone to do.and also as you do this, i'm telling you guys some important facts and tips that you should do.the important thing is before you start this job, first of all you should watch this video carefully until the end.after that you'll come to know that what you wanna do.
at this stage I will be replaced for the stand fan:
#1 TF 135C 250V 2A Thermal fuse*1
#2 Tie cables or nylon thread

I have stand fan 1st speed does not work. 2nd & 3rd speed working
So i removed it and check by digital multimeter blue wire speed 1 no reading shows. But 2nd & 3rd shows readings. That means 1st speed coil winding in the motor
Burned off is it correct

Fault is like this
1st speed fan blade rotate right side correct
2nd speed fan blade rotate left side wrong way
3rd speed fan blade rotate left side wrong way capacitor also good
For the 2nd & 3rd left side blade running at the same time a smoke and smell comes out
If we on the motor in 2nd or 3rd speed for 10 to 15 seconds high heat can't touch even
What is the reason for this issue
For 1st speed fan blade rotate right side no smoke or no heat

yeah of course.some fans don't have bush bearing.only ball bearing.razor like you said.ball bearing also has a unique no..it's 608z.you can use this no to buy a new ball bearing when you need it.
