One of my favorite classes! I'm behind in the 30 Days, but this was perfect for my day today!
I love the transition between poses in this video as well as the pulsing and finding myself even deeper within the stretches!
This practice definitely targeted my tightest areas. Grasshopper and pigeon pose are two poses I definitely need to work on. One day! If I would have tried this challenge a year ago, I would have been frustrated by now and would have given up. The encouragement given in this video and throughout the whole challenge is helping me accept where I am in my practice. This challenge wasn't scary. It was fun and enjoyable! Thanks Josh! Namaste

Alo Yoga ooh such a tough question...Every new class is my favorite 🙈 I just finished day 21 with Josh Kramer. I'm learning so much in this series. Incorporating yin yoga into my normal routine is one of the biggest takeaways for me so far. Becoming more mindful with each day. Thank you!

Have not tried doing Grasshopper pose but Josh is enough motivation for me to go for it. I DO love the repetitions and dynamic movements and hip openers, too. Sooo badly enjoyed this class! Thanks again for helping me keep the faith @AloYoga and @JoshKramer.
I loved this flow! I was so challenging and I fell all over the place haha, but some of the dynamic stretching we did, I haven't done before, and it felt amazing. I also got into grasshopper on my weak side for the first time this morning. It might have been the ugliest grasshopper ever lol, but I'm super proud of myself. Thank you for another incredible, and challenging class.

I do struggle with tight hamstrings, and I did this first thing in the morning with cold muscles. I was a bit frightened when I read the description of this class, but I loved it!! And i found new depths I doubted I could reach! Thanks for such a great class and empowering start to the day Josh!

I was pretty sore today and didn't think I would be able to do/hold a lot of poses, but this actually helped my soreness! Wasn't to harsh but also super good controlled stretching. Thank you! Looking forward to tomorrow :)

Thank you, Josh! This was a beautiful and stimulating flow. I loved the continuous hamstring stretches- I felt super bendy and strong at the end of this challenge. The dynamic movements helped me to cater to my body's abilities and gave me peace knowing that I can play with the movements in whichever way my body feels best.

I knew that Josh was going to challenge me. I came into this 30 days of mindful movement knowing that I wasn't near ready for the level of poses that these Advanced yogis were going to be showing me but I am still giving it a try. I had to sit and watch the arm balancing pose that he did but one thing I loved about it is that it gives me something to work towards!

When I saw Josh's name I was very timid to begin the class (why I waited till late at night). His first class didn't leave a great presence of confidence in my thoughts. After that video I began practicing what I struggled with the most (balance and arm strength). Now, with this video I was thinking "what else am I going to have to work on now?" To my surprise I loved this class and enjoyed it greatly. Thank you Josh for all the variations and for being a positive, encouraging, and energetic instructor. I am glad I did today's class. Learned new poses, was able to follow along, and practiced what I could with an open heart. Beautiful flow and looking forward to the next video with Josh. :D thank you Alo Yoga! 👍😊💛🙏

I read Josh Kramer and I knew this session is going to be full of crazy stuff 😄 I loved it and this was the first time I try grasshopper pose! It was smooth on my left hips but doing it on the right side was a struggle. So I’m glad this class pointed out some of the weaknesses I need to work on.

Josh, your advices are so precious, one of the few teachers here to make me progress and feel ok. I am waiting so much for your new classes here or on alomoves! Hopefully, you are going to do them?
Even though I have a hard time balancing through some of the flows, I still feel a lot of tension, and a serious swoll in all of my muscle groups; I noticed this last class with Josh (which had me near trembling). The reminder about integrity during the half-pigeon also really helped me to spark some more awareness. The pyramid poses and seated stretches have been more in my daily practice at the moment, so I definitely had some room for play! Namaste

I was not feeling being active at all tonight after a long day but I resolved to do all 30 days no matter what. So I got up and did it, and this was just what I needed to feel better. I loved the pulsing stretches. They felt great. This was a balance challenge for sure! My hips will be feeling it for sure tomorrow. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do grasshopper pose. 😉

I enjoyed this session. (My hamstrings however may disagree) I still struggle with seated stretches so I had some difficulty coming to the end but I still ended with a smile. Thank you Alo. Thank you Josh.
Stick with it! I would suggest sitting on a blanket or two for seated stretches. This will take the load off your back and ease into the hamstrings

Loved this. Just what I needed after a very jump-heavy HIIT class last night. Definitely difficult with cold morning muscles, but still felt super bendy thanks to the pulses.

He makes grasshopper look easy. I wanted to give it a try but I couldn't even get in the position to try it today. I'm only now getting to be able to do crow pose. I really liked the lifts in pidgin it really helped me get into the pose on my left side.

Felt my glutes burn! My lower back hurt by the time it was savasana :( I think I am doing the forward stretches wrong. I bend my knees to help as I find myself curving my back if my legs are straight
Bending the knees is a great option for standing. Always prioritize keeping the spine long when entering forward stretches - sit on some blankets, or keep bending those knees :)
