After a "not so good" busy day I needed this more than you know. My body was not feeling it but my mind needed it. Alo Yoga - did this flow again 15min ago. I need energy. Where I am is rainy, dreary, and putting a lot of emotions on my body. Doing Day 10 again in a little bit then day 11 this evening.
Absolutely needed this for my hamstrings. I think it's the first time I have stretched them that way properly. The blocks definitely helped. Koya is always encouraging, warm and reassuring

I could listen to Koya explain things all day. Such a calming tone. I am a school teacher and will be using that breathing exercise quite often from now on. I loved it. Kids can be draining haha.

I was a little apprehensive when I saw "Energize" as I wanted to do something more chill, but it turns out this class was PERFECT for me today. It was just the right energy I needed. I often feel like energy means you have to work really hard and sweat and Koya helped reel me in today. The pranyama and stretching in the video was awesome and I feel great!
I didn't discover the 30 days of Mindful Movement till just a few weeks ago and it has changed my practice! All of the alo videos have changed my practice but I love the slow and deep connections in your classes Koya. I know I have a stressful day ahead of me and this was a great class to start my day and one I am sure I will come back to time and time again. Thanks for putting these out here for all of the world to use

I always thought that it's not "right" when I bend my problem knee.. Thanks Alo Yoga for this maraphone and all these different and sometimes very challenging practises.

I may have overdone it at the gym yesterday and went into today with tender glute muscles. Not gunna lie, I was a bit afraid of this class. ha ha. But I'm so glad I did it anyway. This was great, and not as rough as I thought it would be for me. And as an added bonus, I felt energised and kept practising on my own once the video was done, and I did crow! I have been trying for at least a year to do crow, and have never succeeded, until today!! I am so proud of myself! Thank you Alo and Koya for giving me the extra energy I needed today to pull that off!!!
Such a relaxing flow. I had been feeling stressed and consequently was carrying a lot of tension in my body and this was a great way to relieve mind and body!
Been following this yoga-challenge since it started and Koya is one of my favorite instructors. So inspiring and wonderful as a teacher! By far this challenge has been amazing, sometimes a little bit too challenging although I think that could be good for you. It is also a well mixed combo of videos with both easy, slow, hard and fast flows. Looking forward to take part of the other days!
