    WOW WOW WOW! I did a lot of things I've never done before in that video!

    Absolutely love all of Caley's classes! She always brings such a positive and fun energy to some unique moves. I was feeling a little tight in my hamstrings and inner thighs from a previous workout so I couldn't go as deep into some of the moves but it was a great reminder of where I need to stretch!

    I usually do my workouts in the morning but today I did this in the evening and it felt different. Like my body didn't feel as energetic somehow, yet I felt a tad more flexible in comparison to mornings. Coming to the class, it was wonderful & fun as always with Caley. My legs were trembling in that chair pose ! Thanks 🙏🏼❤️

    Awesome class ! I really appreciate all the hamstring strengthening poses, I find that a lot of yoga classes focus solely on increasing hamstring flexibility without enough attention paid to engaging the hamstring muscle, (I'm currently dealing with an injury related to this) so I love learning new poses that help strengthen and heal my body. Thank you so much for this class !

    Goodness! I thought I was going to lose my breath there, but I did it and enjoyed the breathing techniques, stirred my energy... now, how to go to bed and get some sleep with all that energy inside is what I should think about...grateful here! Almost halfway there, yay!

    I definitely need to work on the breath of fire. I actually have asthma so my lungs like to freak out on me sometimes. I think doing it slower might help. Anyway, loved this flow. I loved the little reminder to just stand at the front of your mat, close your eyes, and allow yourself to become grounded. Absolutely beautiful! Namaste

    Done everyday so far and nothing bad to say about any. All instructors r great and today was by far THE most energizing of energize week. Calvin’s “slightly bent” limbs last week was new/refreshing and fun to try and worked my muscles so much more. Josh adding activity into the poses-like pulsing-was fun and woke up my muscles. Today was great w/moving then holding using muscle. Adding new ways or adding something a lil different to poses u do over and over/time and time again is what I look for and u guys r killing it!

    Staying with my breathing really helped me to keep up with Caley's pace and to really ignore a lot of the sensations. I was definitely fighting through some shallow breathes, so it is reassuring to know I came out of this practice stronger.

    Caley, just started doing you meditation challenge because I an not great at it. Today's flow was much needed. I had my husband watch and correct my posture during different poses. Thighs hurt and am eternally grateful for your smile, energy, and encouragement. After the week I had I need Alo and the challenges this weekend. Thank you Caley and All!       Caley Joyner - first of all sorry for my horrible spelling in last post and thank you for reaching out. Any help is great as I am learning everything via TH-cam or Instagram. Meditation is difficult for me because I had never done it; until last week. I saw through your Instagram story you had a meditation (challenge) and began watching the videos. As an active kid with ADHD I was never able to sit still so I was constantly moving and in sports. Now that I'm older I am able to control my thoughts/emotions. The past two weeks of yoga have helped with slowing down, taking time for my body, and encouraging me to LOVE the baby steps in this practice. Thank you for helping along this journey. You are a beautiful soul. 🙏🌻😄

    Great class! I feel energized, sweaty and like i need to work on my malasana squat and breath of fire. Doing them Slower as Caley suggested to another yogi makes a big difference.

    I loved the snot warning!! lol (totally applicable). I am almost feeling back to normal again, and thankful that I am only a day behind in this challenge, instead of falling far behind. I was able to push myself and keep up until the 27 minute mark, then my body was like, "yeah, it's time for savasana." So I listened. I really loved all the little details she added in to check alignment like with the lunges and how we go into goddess pose. I really enjoy Caley's classes. :) I hope you do a challenge like this again in the future. I saw on instagram that Morgan was filming some videos with you all the other day, I am super excited about when those get released. Thank you for the awesome content!

    Great practice and extremely energizing. I feel ready to go right into another video :) and am probably going to do just that. Breath of fire while in plank is amazing and definitely something i'm adding to my core workouts. ALSO favorite part was working into scorpion dancer without forcing or use of strap and just using my muscles. Its a pose ive been working on and i think that exercise will help me tremendously!     For sure need to work on breath of fire. Do you have any tips? I just feel like I am breathing in/out rapidly with minimal abdominal movement. Class was amazing again, Caley! Thank you and Alo!

      Try doing it a little slower and really focusing on the forceful exhalation

    During one of the last stretches as we were in a low lunge grabbing our back foot towards our gluteus, I kept getting muscle cramps in my back thighs. Why is this and which stretches are best to loosen those muscles? It happens very often even though I stretch daily.
