Glad you had a vid like this. I got a sour deal from a local trader here in Kansas and got a revo that just had a brushless motor and esc slapped in it. So I guess I looking into doing the same thing,however, I was advised to just lock up the gears on the current tranny and program my esc for reverse and whatever else how I want. What do you think about that? And how do you feel about taking on my project? I mail it to you and you finish it up on your show?

Soooo you didn’t actually do a conversion. You just bought all the parts you needed and stripped your nitro down? Sooooo where is the actual conversion? You just built a e-REVO from parts you scavenged.
I see an E Revo with suspension from a Revo 3.3. I also see a Revo 3.3 sitting in pieces without a suspension lol. But I sure don't see a brushless converted Revo 3.3 here.

What's the cost to make that traxxas conversion vs say a teckno. This looks like the way to go, but what's the savings over just getting an e-revo?
Are all the chassis the same or do you have to get a certain one?
