    You must be incredibly strong, I can’t get that piece to bend for anything. I’ve been squeezing the crap out of it trying to pinch it with nothing.

    Very clean install. I like this better than the 3 screw method.

    Dremel grooves in metal thing to line up with 4 existing holes in gear...that's what I did and never have a problem with it..m4 screws holds it place

    I am about to do this in a stock revo 3.3 Trans so can I do as is or do I need the forward only kit?
    Can you still install center diff with second gear lock
    Is there a actual kit someone sells these days so you don't have to drill 3 holes to puck clutch

    hey, best vid on youtube for this mod for sure.. thank you. Is it possible to do this mod without the forward only gear?

      To answer my own question, yes it is. I'm dealing with the slayer trans that doesn't have reverse so it was possible to do without extra parts. Ended up drilling like you did but instead of pins i tapped and used screws. Worked great!

    Hi im looking to do the ssme thing. Nice video..how did it end up working? Did u ever put steel gesrs in?

    • @rcrembo3121
      @rcrembo3121  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Works great on plastic gears less spinning mass don't shred as easy And yes Robinson Racing steel gears with bolted 2nd gear is the best way to go but costly. This is a cheap alternative.

      @@rcrembo3121 cool.. i bought a fully upgraded all aluminum shelf queen off ebay never used platinum 3.3 for 600.00
      So going to convert to electric. I ordered the forward only wide ratio steel gears etc. I think will be pretty cool. I keep watching your video. Although its old. Still a cool video. I like the look and the wheelies. Lol. Jyst simple fun. Not crazy bashing.

    Why not just lock the arm out, the one that engages 2nd anyway?? Wouldn't that work?

    • @rcrembo3121
      @rcrembo3121  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For going forward yes but hitting reverse it would never hold up .
