My friend and golfing buddy, Mr. Fahrney, directed me to your channel some time ago and have enjoyed them all. This particular session provided a fix for my swing. As I've gotten older, I have been following the method of just swinging the club ala Manuel de la Torre but was always coming out-to-in. Even knowing this, I could not find a fix. Your mental cue of feel the sternum 30 degrees right at impact fixed that for me. With this change, I expect I will shoot my age (80) or better shortly. Many thanks!!!
Awesome! Great to hear that you’re still playing! You’ll break 80 soon if you keep practicing :)
You two work so well together in feeding off each other. This is worth watching several times.
You’ve simplified this concept perfectly!
I feel like I've blabbed about Erndog and Zac as well as you and Ed here on this channel to so many people here in youtube comments and on the other online golf forums and stuff that I'm a part of. You guys are two of the best newish golf-youtube channels out there.
Thanks so much!
Another great video instruction guy's,🔥💯
I watch way too many golf videos. Yours are just awesome. With some great nuggets that make you want to go out and try them.
5:30 never thought about this in those terms before - I suggest this is really important. 10:48 important point.
Ed and Patrick, the videos and instruction that you give us are fantastic! Ed always has great drills with exceptional advice and Patrick doing the drills shows us what we can expect.
I’m waiting for weather to break so I can get after my game, league starts 4/17 and I haven’t been able to hit a ball yet!!!
Thanks guys
Glad you’re enjoying it! We have a lot more videos in the works :)
I love this guy, sound advice in a clear concise manner
This video answered my question about hand path. Thank you so much!
First off thanks for the video. Some questions:
1) In your "How to Hit Draws, Fades...shape your shots" video, you changed your body alignment (Feet, hips and shoulders) to closed to hit a draw and open to hit a fade. Why wouldn't you close or open everything (feet, hips and shoulders) here?
2) I read or saw somewhere that Jack Nicklaus would think of keeping his back to the target on the downswing. Is this a similar concept? It helps me to try to keep my shoulders especially the right shoulder
Thanks again
Enjoyed the video. Curious, do you want to feel that the right shoulder moves directly under your chin as you go through impact? Thanks
Thank you Ed and Patrick great content so useful and applicable to while one is playing
Love these presentations
Man, would I love to see Ed and Zach having a conversation. Maybe doing a joint lesson with Ernie and Patrick. Two of my favorite coaches I've watched on TH-cam.
We can try to do that sometime!
I highly recommend visiting Zach if you have the opportunity. He fixed a lot of my problems in an hour.
