Genuinely the best part of the movie. He showed that the apes are definitely evolving quickly, learning nuance and ingenuity very quickly. Hell, Noah learned the nuances of cursing after only hearing “shit” be used once and what context it was used in.
0:22 the difference between him and Caesar, is that Caesar touch the hand of every ape 🦧 whom reached out! It’s subtle things like that that make the difference between Caesar and those are just copying him.
I don’t think he’s necessarily dead for reason I mean if Cesar could get shot and fall from a tree I think proximus could survive getting scratched by some birds and falling into water
The water was like a foot deep right in front of the cliff, that’s how Noa and the others reached it in the first place to begin climbing, because there’s a rock shelf right below the water line. So though Proximus did land on water, that foot of water would not have been enough to break his velocity in time to stop him from impacting the rocks with back breaking force.
He took one of Ceaser's Tenants (Apes Together Strong) to heart but not the others that went against his plans. Sounds like classic religious manipulation to me
All this happened because Will wanted to cure his dad's alzheimers
All I thought about when I saw this movieb
A human man wanted to change a human disease, instead he raised an intelligent baby ape to adulthood and created a legend.
Yep...and impress the indian chick
Started and how it ended. Tragic.
Franco has always been a selfish piece of shit

0:53 it is crazy for 300 years we can still see Caesar room window
Jesus died 2000 years ago. How many crosses have you seen in your lifetime?
Goes to show how much of an impact Ceasar has to apekind 🦍🐵
300 years?! There’s no way because wouldn’t all the buildings, cars, and everything human made be completely gone?
It’s the symbol of his tribe
@@gavinroach1219no they've just merged with nature
We needed more Proximus
he died bro
@@lordruin7741there is a possibility that he survived who now’s 🤔
Soo much more tho
Just like skar king
“What a wonderful day” so simple yet has so much volume..
definetly a great introduction
Can I spoil for you
what a wonderfull day indeed
Say his words!
Apes together strong!
best character in the movie. i hope he's in the sequel
SPOILERALERT: now i know...we Saw him felt, but not died 👀👀
He uses Caesers legend to command loyalty while being a total Jerk. Hes a genius
@@Reedo-ew6ikalso his laugh was heard at the end of the credits apparently. Although some have said it’s Raka. I don’t really know though
@@Kevin-ek1suthat was definitely an orangutan. But we also heard bonobo(Koba) sounds at the end of Dawn but he didn’t survive in the end.
What a wonderful introduction
They should capitalize on this and do a Proximus origin story
0:50 this quote gonna be famous!
I miss Caesar. Idc who wants to argue cuz yall arguing with a wall, but Caesar is THE BEST LEADER IN ALL OF FICTION
Proximus was Oscar worthy
Honestly I didn't really care for the Planet of the Apes trilogy but this is such a badass scene. Loved the movie.
That’s fair. The 1968 original and the Andy Sirkis films are still 🔥 tho.
This scene was EPIC!
@@chasehedges6775Escape from the Planet of the Apes is pretty good too.
Noa was the inheritor of Caesar's will and Proximus was the inheritor of Koba's will (even though he tries to style himself as Caesar's heir).
1:15 best part imo
😂 easily the best part!

Bro walk with swag
For Caesar!
He's more like Proximus Koba!

The bullet didn’t kill Caesar but a arrow did..😢
Freaking epic!!!!!
Proximus was a Boss!!!
how does he die

A fall!!
@Isa_zl8I didn’t like that lol
@Isa_zl8 Dude if a bunch of eagles attacked you, you wouldn't survive either lmfao.
Yeah, we Saw him felt, but not died. Were is his corpse? 👀👀👀
Chills
1.15 dont spray it mate, we hear you
1:14 soy el unico que ve un guiño a "the warriors" en la escena "can you dig it ?"
Proximus Ceasar vs. Skar King!
So is Proximus a descendant of Ceaser ? Thats wild how his bloodline turned out lol
No he just took his name. Hes a bonobo not a chimp
Unlikely, he's a Bonobo, not a chimp like caesar.
Proximus is an evolved bonobo, a descendant of Koba not Caesar. Caesar was an evolved Chimpanzee.
No. Proximus is a bonobo while Caesar was a chimpanzee.
@@TheAmonkeys bonobos and chimpanzees can have sex you know
Why does his tribe look smaller than ceaser's tribe
So much for "ape not kill ape"
“Bad Ape” Era kinda did away with this belief I think

Is that rocket? 2:06
Rocket is dead

A descendant most likely
