Broccoli recipes fast. Simply cut mushrooms with broccoli, add vegetables and gratinate with cheese in the oven. Broccoli with cheese. This broccoli is so delicious! Recipe and ingredients:
1 kg broccoli.
1.5 liters of water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
3 eggs.
Mix with a blender.
3 tablespoons of flour.
mixing
100g of mushrooms.
1 sweet red pepper.
1 sweet yellow pepper.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
2 tomatoes.
vegetable fat.
Add onion and fry until browned.
Add carrots and mushrooms.
Mix and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Stir from time to time.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add peppers.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon dry mint.
Cook this for 1 more minute.
olive oil
Place in a broccoli bowl.
Lay out the vegetables.
150 grams of cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.

Looks fabulous! I would just use blanched spinach and celery for part of the tomato/sweet peppers as I avoid nightshades if possible.
I’d add possibly raw chopped spinach (or lightly blanched and squeezed to get some water out / maybe not lol) ....) to the broccoli/egg mixture. And I’d sauté the celery with the mushrooms and onions - maybe add garlic, and herbs.

This looks yummy yummy, quick and simple to make. I think I would try either parmasean cheese or non-dairy cheese as well. If one may be lactose-intolerant or suffered from inflammation. Thanks for sharing!
