@@yoda9240 i'm referring to the trigger from Jimmy's overwhelming stampede. After all the book is English, and by an Englishman, and presumably even those who wish it's narrative and dialogue turned into an idiom that they would understand, will not ask of a translator that he should deliberately attempt to destroy the local colour."
@@thezerowulf2046 which translated nomenclature are you alluding to?
@@thezerowulf2046 ...This is Tolkien complaining about the Dutch translation of his book. This has nothing to do with artistic interpretation, this is his personal beef with one single translators language choices.
@@Argusthecat I guess you missed the part about him saying "that this is an imaginary world does not give him a right to remodel it as he fancies"...
This was an amazing episode. The decks were awesome, the plays were excellent and above all else…Tom won, proving that he’s one of the strongest characters in Middle-Earth. It was also great to see Xolo and Jacob in the same episodes.
I like mtg, I like lotr, yet I struggle to feel any sort of hype for this set. The artwork doesn't click with me whatsoever apart from maybe "Last March of the Ents".
just feels uninspired
The Glissa would have died to Austere Command even if Josh hadn't blown up the saga. This is because the order of the effects on the command has you blow up all of the enchantments first (after which the saga is no longer in play and Glissa is no longer indestructible), then Glissa dies.
