Are you familiar with a dish called harina con cangrejo? Crab meat in the tomato sauce, served over Polenta delicious! To make a cheaper, I use tuna still very good.

I know you are specialised in Spanish food, but have you ever tried cooking Turkish meals as well? Maybe you will like if you get into Turkish food as well. Just think about it It is just an advice. Maybe you mix Spanish cuisine with Turkish cuisine. That would be great I think.
The host is from Spain, thus the program’s title is “Spain on a Fork.” The Spanish people are proud of their dishes, and generally they cook them well. I don’t know if the host has ever cooked Turkish food but his program’s concept is to showcase easy-to-cook Spanish food. Adding a different type of cuisine will alter the program’s concept.
