This is completely wrong, it's 18g of coffee in to 36g coffee out in an extraction time of 26 to 32 seconds, anything under 26 seconds is under extracted anything over 32 seconds is over extracted

Grind too coarse. It's a bit like sock juice. I am wrong ?

grinding smaller now, on number 16 on this machine, and the coffe taste sronger, more creamy
