That’s the problem with y’all always wanna rush the process. We have two legit 2 way wing players that can start next to trae and develop. We can keep huerter for that six man spot, see what big o does in his 2yr. Don’t trade for no damn superstar and regret on developing the young players you got
Huerter can go on somewhere bro...Loved his game 7 in Philly but outside of that, nah. Big O is clearly steps behind the rest of the big men in the East. I love his heart and work ethic, but he needs at least B+ skills and he just isn't there yet, which is OK! Trade Collins since he fell off and was scared in these playoffs. Hunter, Huerter, some picks. The Hawks have been starved for years, and just landed 2 wins away from the Finals. Wouldn't you say they are ahead of schedule in "the process"? You have to make adjustments and realize what your team is capable of, and supplement that damn team!!!
@@pettysportz4722 so who’s coming off the bench besides bogi and Gallo because they ain’t going to give us points consistently every night. You need atleast two ppl to come off the bench and contribute just in case someone in the starting lineup don’t and he’s a good shooter.
If colling could dribble a lil better n b more aggressive he could do it. We jus need someone to take tht number 2 mindset n go do it.

This is absolute crazy talk...CRAZY TALK!! I sometimes think folks watch the games and they just dont believe what they see with their own eyes. Open your eyes man!!...Believe what you see. Injuries are apart of Sports...No matter what anyone says just know injuries are apart of Sports....Too many teams have won Championships..because other key players got hurt on the other team...GS won a chip against the Cav because of this...So it happens but guess what..no one says they have one less Chip than they do..
With that being said the Suns, Hawks, and Bucks have shown you that if you build a team around your Superstar with players that fit..that complement your Superstar that you have a great chance to win..that even if you have another star on the team or bring another star to the team that star still must complement your Superstar.
With that being said this is not college basketball man...this is not a one and done type of situation...its the NBA and they run a best of 7....A Best Of 7 Man!!!! You dont luck up and win a best of 7...thats just crazy talk!!!...Stop trying to apply college verbiage to Professional Sports...these are the best of the best in the world man all of these Players and all of the teams are elite..in the playoffs....and to try to Coin a run in the playoffs as a Cinderella team is just CRAZY...cause its not a one and done Luck winner take all situation...its a 7 game grind.
You have to do things that are hard as hell like go on the Road and take winns in a hostile crowed filled with 17thousand fans spitting on you and cursing you out.....You dont luck up and beat the 4th seed in 5 the 1 seed in seven on in their house and take the 3 seed to 6 games in the ECF and have a chance to win if your Superstar didnt get hurt and say it was a damn Cinderella ride...that crazy talk man!!!
The fact that the Hawks did it with. New Head Coach and 2 role playes ....yes i said it...Huerter and Bogi are not the starters Hunter and Reddish are...now an arguement could be made on if Bogi should have been the starter but the fact is he wasnt. And Snell and Hill shouldnt have even sniffed the floor but they did....so the fact that this team did what they did...with role players and end of the bench guys just shows you how much having a well constructed team really matters....Ask the Nets, Lakers, Blazers, Nuggets, 6ers, and Clippers
The Hawks just need to continue on the path they are on...allowing their lottery draft picks they didnt miss on develop into the Stars and Superstars they drafted them to become and allow them to play the role on the team they where drafted to play because of fit.
As far a consistent.....we watch every series where after the game we say Middelton didnt show up...Holliday...Been Simmons,

2. injuries are apart of sports. And The Hawks just like every other team had their share of injuries and still made noise is the playoffs... I find it real telling that you consistently bring up other teams injuries as a reason they didnt do what the masses expected..but a team like the Hawks who overcame injuries throughout the season and also throughout the playoffs you still over look that fact.
3. By the way their 2nd leading scorer was hurt and missed over half the season. His name is D-Hunter he was avg 18pts a game before he was injuried...he is also their best wing defender its amazing how you just brush over these facts. Cam was Hurt...and when he came back he was out of shape.
4. Why should the Hawks break up a young team..The Nets did that ....look at them now...One guy at home and the other having a mid life crisis.....The Celtics did that...they GM not even the GM anymore and the Celtics still havent recovered......We have a young team that made it to the ECF and was two wins away with rotation Players and 3rd string players starting and playing major min....If the Hawks were any other team with the same injuries and still making it that far ...you would be talking diff.
5..Why we bringing up Chips like every State/ major City but GA/ATL wins one every yr....why act like its just something thats simple and easy to do...by the way the Braves just won one but I think you know that by now...so lets dump that GA/Atl cant win the big one bullcrap...and The GA BullDogs have a Great Chance to bring home a CHIP also Go Dawgs!!!

i think hawks could keep the team and go all the way. we have 5 ppl still improving. trae young will only be on his 4th season along with huerter. then we have cam reddish and hunter both injured 75% of the season on there 3rd year coming up. then last but not least onyeka okongwu should improve alot going into there 2nd season
I totally hear what you are saying, but the Hawks HAVE TO be urgent with this energy. JC falling off really pissed me off, Huerter is clearly not even a 3 or 4 if you ask me. I know about Game 7 in Philly, but outside of that...Double O yes did get some promising minutes but he is a rookie and needs to gain weight. Hunter and Reddish I am fine with banking on. Capela needs to get some offensive game under his belt too. I say we could Ship Collins, Huerter, and maybe even Hunter to get another superstar
@@pettysportz4722 maybe huerter but not hunter. i would trade cam before hunter. hunter was the 2nd highes scorer before his injury last season and his defense is also great. i understand everyone wants to see cam be a star and i hope he does but right now i like what hunter is doing he is bigger and can create his own shot better then cam.
