I can’t imagine Philly trading Embiid. We’d have to give up too much. I agree Ingram would be a better fit. I’d love to see the Hawks go after Zion!

I Totally Agree Bro Marlon. I've Been Wanting The Hawks To Get Ingram For Two Years. I'd Try & Finesse to Keep Hunter in the Fold tho.

Well sure Joel is often injured but "The Process" is an absolute upgrade of JC & Clint period. NOBODY is gonna trade for Tobias Harris. Nobody wants that contract. Even when we were trying to trade for Ben Simmons before he was traded to Brooklyn, we told Philly no because they were trying to dump Tobias.
I think you're wrong when it comes to Ingram likely asking for a trade. With the arrival of CJ McCollum and what they just pulled off, Zion be damned, if they have the same if not more success than they did this season next year, Ingram isn't gonna want out whether Zion plays or not and Zion has to prove himself on the court because there's no way NOLA is gonna pay Zion what he would likely be worth because he hasn't even been on the floor for this team.
Ingram would be a nice piece to add. He's a guy that can score and create his own shot and get down hill and pull up and he's a good defender. However, that still leaves the glaring fact that we can't get defend the rim. We have absolutely no answer for protecting the rim or stopping penetration. Love CC & JC but let's be real, at times, they're completely outmatched on the boards especially when you have long tall lanky teams like Cleveland and scrappy teams like Toronto and a team that relentlessly crashes the boards in Miami.
I think that Joel also would be a good fit for Trae. Nate loves to run pick and roll with Trae and the big man but if you got Embiid you can do pick and pop give and go give give and go. Lol. I believe that it can work for a number of reasons I could also see some issues but if these two could find the chemistry, I think they would be nasty.

Embiid should go to the Raptors. They have a competent medical team and their organization has the stability and development program to build a team around him.

I wouldn’t mind seeing the Hawks make a strong push for Lavine in Free Agency. Even though it would have to be a sign-and-trade due to our cap situation *(or it would have to be preceded by other trades to create the space)* So yeah I think Lavine should be a prime target. It sucks that Gallo’s contract becomes guaranteed prior to the date when trades can be completed.

With the salary cap increase, the Hawks actually are poised to take advantage of it. The salary cap is gonna go from $109 million to $121 million & the luxury tax from $121 million to $147 million. Danilo's contract isn't guarenteed. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think they guaranteed his contract. If that's the case, the Hawks have options come this offseason. They can sign some quality gree agents. Remember when the Lakers signed Mozgov 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣 yea so hopefully Travis doesn't dip that low but we can get quality guys here. He absolutely should NOT bring back Solomon Hil, find a trade partner for Bogi but only if we brining back shooters and quality pieces.

@@jaredbrown1148 I hear you💯 Basically anyone other than Trae could be moved for the right players. *Gallo doesn’t have much value beyond being an expiring contract, but everyone else under contract is fairly young and would be appealing to various teams.*
*Danilo Gallinari signed a 3yr /$61,425,00 contract with the Atlanta Hawks, including $44,975,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $20,475,000. In 2022-23, Gallinari will earn a base salary of $21,450,000, while carrying a cap hit of $21,450,000 and a dead cap value of 5,000,000.*
Obviously I don’t know what specific moves they’ll be exploring, but I’d imagine secondary playmakers and good help defenders on the perimeter will be high on their list.

Mad respect for Jojo, but Sixers aren’t moving Embiid. Also big player who plays as aggressively as him tend to have less shelf life to keep playing at the level. I like Gobert or Ayton. Would love to get LaVine to play next to Trae. Also love Ingram, but NOLA not going to trade Ingram.
Remember when ppl were talking about who won the trade between Sixers and Nets? Sixers fan thought they won? I thinks in a way, they both lost that trade.

This wouldn’t be a splash move but…Jalen Brunson wouldn’t be a bad consolation prize. I was very impressed with how Brunson looked in the Utah series, particularly in the games without Luka. *He absolutely abused Donovan Mitchell. Brunson provides another strong shot creator and ball handler, and he holds up well on the defense too.*
