Great to see this review but disappointing there are still no UK road tests 1 month after its announcement. I'm really interested in one of these, but frustrated that Honda UK have decided not too import the two best colours, my favourite - red, and a lovely silver. Why are we forced to buy drab scooters? Yamaha do the same with the TMax.
As someone who bought the Tmax 530 DX brand new in Sep 2018, I would advise you go with the Honda, even the the fekking chain :) The Tmax has many good points, but makes the nastiest noise I have ever heard a factory-standard 4-stroke scooter make. I bet this sounds much less..... less everything, and that's what people want when they spend significant money on a scooter (well, I do). I considered the 2018 Suzuki Skywave 650LX, too, which is also, apparently, quicker and quieter than the Tmax. Each to his own, though.
This is what I wanted my Ninja 400 to be.. I wanted to install a tall handlebars on my Ninja 400 so I keep the fairing. This is even better. It's got storage.. Lol. But this would be around twice the price.
Same here. I mounted a large scooter trunk on the passenger seat of my n400. The ergonomics are so different I will be replacing it with a larger scooter next.
With the lack of cruise control it's obviously aimed at commuters so the chain drive is ridiculous, non-bikers don't want to spend their weekend lubing chains. Put a belt drive on it, Honda.
How’s that any different from an Integra mk3? Looks like a rebranding exercise to try and sell an Integra (which having had an early edition of was an utter dog in comaprison with the T max)

Well done captain obvious, you can indeed choose what to ride, nobody mentioned anything to the contrary. Once again with your "big bike" comment you seem to be arguing points that nobody made, almost as though you are "trying to prove" something to someone who not only didn't ask but doesn't care.
It would have been much better to have upped the engine size to just 500 cc in my opinion. 750 is unnecessarily large and provides superfluous power for a scooter while at the same time increasing that most negative of attributes - excessive weight. They are just appealing to the irrationality prevalent among so many riders who believe that biggest is best.
Disagree totally. The 750 engine is perfectly suited for such an application, great torque and good fuel economy. I owned a TMax ( and smaller scooters) for many years and it would have benefited from extra torque especially for riding with a pillion. Why would Honda waste money on developing another drive train when there is something ready made, and optimised for an auto transmission?
@@thomasjoseph4718 no honda 500cc has a DCT. Also, this is the same weight as the now cancelled 600cc Honda Silverwing scooter. While this engine gets much better gas mileage, it also has only 3.4 vs 4.2 approx gallon fuel capacity. And the fact the suspension front and rear!? Are non adjustable is a huge miss. I'm guessing msrp could be around or upwards of $10k and if that's the case, why not buy the Rebel 1100 DCT which will be lighter and more powerful? I'd rather have the full fairing myself, but not at the expense of adjustable suspension. Now if they priced this at $7-8k... I'd be interested.
@@CrewBC I don't think a scooter needs DCT. It can just use the usual scooter transmission. I think that the 750 engine is very good and DCT is great on motorcycles . I just think that scooters should be small and light. I don't understand why manufacturers pander to the idea that bigger is better. They do the same with cars and bikes - they just keep getting bigger and bigger (The Honda Rebel being a case in point). It makes no sense - small machines go quite fast enough and use far less fuel and handle so much better. I have a Honda SH300i and it is perfectly capable of touring on. It is comfortable, light and has been reliable for years. The 300 Forza has the same engine. People tour on them. They can cruise economically at the the legal speed limits.

Why is this thing called SPORTY ⁉️ NO TC - not on this nd not on the X-adv750.... Isn't it supposed to be a commuter ❓ I looked forward to order the new X-adv750, but WITHOUT the TC - no thanks 😖
I think I'll leave that one to the aggro urban scooter freaks. Personally I'd never consider one as I think an 800cc Africa Twin dual road bike is more in keeping with my riding philosophy. This super scooter has a very narrow role.
Will this be in the USA? We need the 750
I'm 61 but still not old enough to ride one of those!
I'm 78 and plenty old enough to want one of these, trade one of my two Yam Majesty 400 toward price!
Never regretted owning this bike comparing with the commonly ridden x-adv
an Integra with a forza badge on
exactly
Not really - more power - more storage - better spec - a totally new bike in my opinion
How does this compare to the other maxi scooters like the BMW C650GT, Yamaha T-Max 560 and the Kymco AK550? Especially in terms of performance?
Power, stylish and versatile .. fun!

honda UK is shite thats why.
It would have to be designed by an italian company to not offend the eyes.
Is this available in the US???
For this price I would choose Yamaha tmax without the f... chain

all the specs my arse!
Forza will kick Tmax from the throne!
It is very nice scooter with nicer specs!
What is the top speed of this bike? Anyone can help?
The Honda Forza 750 is the only Forza without an electric screen. I ride the 300 and I'm not sure if I like the bigger scooter.

Its very different , better brakes , suspension , ride by wire with various modes , tft screen with connectivity , new design , more storage space.
I was looking for info on Forza Motorsport 8
You didn't mention top speed sir
Very good ✌✌✌
