  • Honda bill the Forza 750 as a "GT scooter" and to help achieve its aim they've given it decent suspension and brakes with a 745cc engine. Could it be a masterstroke in combining the practicalities and ease of use of a scooter with a capabilities of a traditional motorcycle? I've taken a look to find out.

    It's a really beautiful bike. Best for a relaxed ride without losing that power when you need it. Good review 👍

    Great straight forward review, really is.
    I don't think the T-Max compares to this at all in terms of riding, this is probably the only scooter that is chain driven and has the ergonomics and dynamics of a motorcycle instead of a scooter.
    Honda nailed this one

      Chain drive like the T-Max and C650GT??

    A comment about the presenting style. Much better when standing behind the bike as that is what we are interested in looking at.

      I'm glad people are asking these questions.
      Because everybody seems to be in the same thought process as me, which is...
      What do I go for, the Yamaha Tmax 560 Tech at £12,500 (which is extortionate).. The Honda X ADV 750 for £10,999 or the Honda Forza 750 at £10,000?..
      And tbh, after spending the last 3 evenings after settling down at night & reviewing all 3 over many videos, I'm thinking the Honda Forza 750 is the best. Not only the best, but the cheapest.
      I think I'll be getting one over this next 6 months. 😎👌🏽

    A scooter with a chain is a deal breaker to me. Honda should have put a belt on it.

      It's impossible with DCT. So you have to choose between easy maintenance and great practicability.

    • @hermanstokbrood
      @hermanstokbrood 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@yassinee.3463 Why do you think it's impossible? I't a choice Honda makes, they can design it anyway they want..

      @@hermanstokbrood I think you're not very familiar with the motorbike world. Actually it's technically impossible to have DCT without a chain. That's why I told you that you have to choose between easy maintenance (no chain) or great practicability (DCT), you can't have both as the perfect motorbike doesn't exist.

    • @hermanstokbrood

      @@yassinee.3463 LOL, you are making no sense. Just repeating a lot of bla bla. The Honda engineers can make it the way they want. From my POV you are just repeating something you heard or read. Let's end this discussion before you are making yourself even more ridiculous. 😂😂

    D is not DCT and T is not torque :)

    • @MotoringNomad
      @MotoringNomad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The D changes to an M when you flick to manual and the T is the level of Honda Selectable Torque Control (to give it its full name).

      @@alm4132 D is shown when in auto mode and M when in manual. T is the Honda Selectable Torque Control, as already stated (although it is used for traction). From Honda: "If the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) system senses an imminent loss of rear wheel traction it reduces torque to allow the tyre to grip."
