    I’ve been working out to your videos for years. Every time I work out it feels like I’m working out with a friend. Even my husband recognises you now- when he walks into lounge when I’m exercising he says oh it’s Amy today 😁

    I’ve attempted this video a bunch of times over the past few months but never made it through. Today I did. No pauses. Straight through. I couldn’t be prouder of myself and more grateful o you for making these amazing, fun, challenging workouts!!!

    I just completed this workout now and it’s flipping amazing mate 😃. But My whole body is aching😫. I gain 1/2 a stone in the first lockdown. But with this workout video... I know I won’t gain anymore weight during this 2nd lockdown. I’m just gonna lose weight 💪🏾.

    This was awesome! Super challenging and fun. I especially loved the subtle elbows to the side movements with the row and the behind the head tricep press, that small movement was so hard but I loved the challenge and found myself laughing through the struggle. Thanks for keeping me on my toes and making my body feel great and strong! 💪🏻🙌🏻🙂

    These videos are great. It got me back into kettlebells after a long absence. I love the many options for various levels of fitness. One thing I recently discovered is that my rubberized yoga gloves are helpful for handling my kettlebell. A little awkward when doing a hand off but otherwise really helps with security of the grip. Thanks, Amy. I am so glad I discovered you during Covid!

    Damn Amy ... That was so tough but so perfect! I’m not into jumping as much these days being 28 weeks pregnant 🤰 so this got my heart pumping without much impact. I need longer breaks though 😆 I have a favorites folder but I need to make a top favorites folder starting with this one. 280 calories burned! 💀 As I’m entering my 3rd trimester I’m going to start focusing on your new fusion workouts too ☺️

    Loved this workout! Just shy of 53 and new to weight training. Have a torn rotator cuff so had to modify some with my left arm but still such a great workout!! Is it better to do workouts like this or tone each specific muscle group at a time! Thanks for all you do! 😘

    I tried it already but without success . I need to loose 8lbs . I do feel dizzy when i have High blood pressure . I feel okay once i hit GYM.

    I am just now trying kettlebell workouts and prefer it to other weights for different reasons. This workout length feels on point my only problem are exercises on my knees and I'm not strong enough for a plank. Basically I'm looking for the most effective kettlebell workouts that exclude being on my knees. Any suggestions?

    Was it mentioned how heavy the kettle ball is? Mine is 10# but I think too light.

      I used 15#. Definitely challenge yourself and go heavier if you can
