    LOVED this one! It went by so quickly. I love that you're always reminding us that we all are on different levels, and that's just fine! My teenage daughter has started doing your videos with me (her PE teacher got her excited about health and fitness this past year, and she doesn't want to lose what she learned over the summer) and it's so good for her to hear that she just needs to be where she is at, not where I am, not where you are at...but where SHE is at. And where she is at is PERFECT for her. So THANK YOU for that positivity!

    Love the AMRAP format, especially for longer workouts. The time flew by and I was able to use heavier weights the entire time.

    I also used my 25 lbs kettlebells mostly except for the mat exercises love this amy I'd love to see more amrap videos maybe with kick boxing between weights I'll be doing this one alot

    Great workout! What I love is that you have taught me how to listen to my body. Whether that be lifting heavier, lighter, putting one foot back, modifying a move. I automatically know now, without thinking too much about it, what my body is asking of me. Thanks Amy!❤

    I completed half of this workout from having a very busy week but I’m still pleased I showed up. I do prefer your other exercises which doesn’t include doing as many as you can but rather more guided. I felt like I was burning myself out before I got chance to move to the next exercise. In the future I’ll stick to your other exercises which I love xx

    At first I was like “NO THIS IS TOO STRESSFUL!!!”…….but as I went song I found that I LOVED the challenge of the timing and I really pushed myself HARDER!!!💕💕💕THANKS AMY!!!!!

    Wow I LOVED this workout. I was originally going to do a 25-30 minute workout but decided to do this one instead because it looked fun, and it did not disappoint! It flew by. You’re so amazing Amy!!

    What I ❤️- simple moves so could really concentrate on good form, frequent reminders about form-these really help! Engaging, went quick with only 8 reps of each and fun!! You do such a great job and have changed my fitness forever, it’s incredible what you do through utube! Thank you so much from a busy mum of 3 from Australia 😊😊

    Happy Monday!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥 This was a great workout in a new format. 4min seems long at first but 45min flew by! I couldn't figure out how your got so much faster than me Amy (on the round you skipped something thank you for saying something I wouldn't have known as I was too busy concentrating and thought you were The Flash😆) Thank you and happy Monday!❤

    Great. It wasn’t hard and I was able to do all of them without getting too tired though it made me sweat a lot. So I really enjoyed it and felt energetic and great after that. Thank you Emy!

    This was a sweat fest!! I enjoyed a lot of the back to basic moves here. By the second round I was feeling really strong with the movements. Thanks Amy!

    LOVED this! I tried to go heavy so I did 20lb dumbbells the whole time 😢 dripping with sweat and way tired by the end… for got it repeated lol LOVE this workout!!! Thank you Amy!

    I used to do AMRAP workouts at a boot camp and have always liked them. I’ll have to try the cardio version next. However, I agree that one’s form isn’t as good due to trying to rip through the sets fast .

    Thanks a ton Amy for such wonderful workout! Loved it 🤩🤩🥵🥵🔥🔥💦💦💦 I went like 😱 when I saw the duration of the workout but it did go fast and it was very challenging.
