I use the BR800. I really like the adjustable tube. It’s the only reason I haven’t switched to Redmax.

Great video again. As mentioned yup I have had both the 570 BTS and currently 580 MKIII and the bigger tank and straps were what sold me. The 9000 felt good, but having gotten my blower for 550 shipped earlier in the year I couldn't justify the price jump nor did I find the new tube on the 9000 as pleasant to use. Earlier today I reached almost 1.5 hours of run time on my blower, its been in full use year round so very nicely broken in.

I would like to have the 570 as well, seems like a very capable mid range blower

@@benjaminleslie3155 Its a great blower, and IMO best in class! I think when Redmax designed the 7500 it was so far ahead. 236 MPH and 776 CFM pushing 37N of force is wonderful for power/weight. It would be nice to see the OEM's beef up the mid class blowers. I guess ECHO did somewhat with the 7910T.

Kress is making some nice electric powered equipment. Pricey though, looks promising for the people looking for total electric.

@@markclark1605 yes I agree that kress stuff looks top notch, especially the claims about the batteries, definitely makes them stand out from the crowd.

I’ve thinking of trying the new Redmax 9000. I use my Stihl 800 blowers more hours in the winter for snow clearing than the spring or fall seasons. Wondering what your thoughts are on the Redmax abilities for blowing snow?

@@TOMuirhead where I live the snow is usually too wet and clumpy to blow but I can't imagine the new redmax doesn't do a better job than the stihl. 👍

@@benjaminleslie3155in Alberta backpack blowers are used a lot for clearing snow since much of the winter we get fluffy snow of 1 to 3 inches. Not enough for a snowblower but the backpack sure beats shoveling.

I don't like those four mix engines i hope one of these days Stihl will go back to making a real two stroke engine, i understand the reason why they are going with them but they are just not for me period.
