Also check and or replace the engine to frame ground braid cable. These systems will start acting weird with ground issue/s. It will be on the drivers side rear engine block.

Your diagnostic codes won't be of much use. You need to change your sensors at about 75K miles along with the cat converter and fuel pump. I had a bunch of things wrong with my 1995 454, and I did about 10 fixes with a 10% improvement on each fix. Oil pressure sender bad and connector fried. Corroded set-timing connector. My coil was intermittent. My IAC was bad, MAP toast. etc

Its. The vacuum diaphragm. Directly under The throttle body on passenger's side of motor. Replace it!
Have same set up in my brave. The fuel is a finer mist compared to what you've got.
My buddys great uncle has a 1994 Chevy K3500 with a 454 TBI that acts like this
how did this issue got resolved ?
Just slap a new gasket at used tbi unit on it, make sure it's 454 injectors tho

Cooling temp sensor on front of intake manifold just below T stat housing can cause an over rich condition flooding the engine.
What boutique the fuel pump
if resetting the power corrects the issue I'd look at the ECM
