    I love how you made mario look back and forth between the world 1 warp pipe and the cliff a few times and made him jump off the cliff instead 😂

    Fun Facts:
    1. Worlds 9 and A are the only Worlds that don't have a Warp Zone associated with them.
    2. Warp Zones to Worlds 1 and 5 are the only Warp Zones that send you to a previous World. The rest of them send you to the next Worlds.
    3. Worlds 1 and 3 communicate with each other through Warp Zones. Worlds 5 and 8 share that distinction.
    4. Worlds A through D do not communicate with Worlds 1 through 8, and World 9 does not communicate with other Worlds at all.
    5. If you cleared Worlds 1 through 8 without using Warp Zones, you are awarded with World 9. If you are playing the SNES version of this game in All-Stars, be aware that if you use a Warp Zone and save your game afterwards, World 9 in that save file WILL be deleted and you have to either unlock it again or create a different save file.
    6. This game grants you a lot of points depending on the number of lives you have (100,000 for each life left), and that only happens on Worlds 8-4 and D-4. This feature is only available for Famicom, though.

    • @Channel84Winnipeg
      @Channel84Winnipeg  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      One thing you missed out on: in the Famicom version, you must play and beat the first eight worlds EIGHT times to unlock worlds A through D. However, at the title screen, you have to hold A and push start to do it.

      @@Channel84Winnipeg To access the letter stages, do you have to beat all the regular worlds eight times in one single sitting, or does the game save your game completion progress so you can turn the game off and come back to play through it again?

    Nice of them to give you an option to jump in a pit instead of taking the backwards warp or waiting for the timer to run out in 3-1 😂

  • @ised-5239
    @ised-5239 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    The warp zone to World 5 in 8-1 is a big no-no to visit since there is no chasm like in the warp zone to World 1 as in 3-1 where Mario/Luigi can commit suicide by falling through that chasm whereas in 8-1 warp zone it forces the player to wait the timer reaches zero. Or the warp zone to World 5 should be made in the world 6-1 instead maybe in order to avoid the puzzle maze castle of 6-4 so the player can visit 5-2 to warp to World 7 or 8.

    • @tun444

      Warping to 1-1 via 3-1 can also be useful for revisiting 1-2 warp zone pipe to World 4 via the level's secret chamber with hot lava pits.

    @Channel 84 winnipeg: did you know with both reverse warp zone you just fall for a fake Trolling, so you can just used the back ward warp zone, and then used the warp zone to return to the world you just got backward from. What about world 9 you get disquilified for using warp zone, actually the answer is no. Because you do not get disquilified from world 9, but it is only truth in the Super Nintendo version that you get disquilifed from world 9 by entering a warp zone, even if world 9 is already save, so if you enter warp zone when world 9 is already save, and you accidently save world 9 will be deleted from your save file, and the only way to get it back is to deleted that file. The version you play above does not check if you enter a Warp zone it check if you clear all lv4, so useing Warp zone does not unclear castle already done. The only thing that unclear lv4 during game over if you click on Retry instead of Continue. And they are no continued code for the title screen since holding the jump button is to unlock World A-1. The GBA version of the same game as the continue code for saving purpose and as long as you used the continue code all lv4 castle already clear remain cleared, but hold the run button instead for the GBA version once world A is unlocked and the continued code also continued for World B and so on. Edit: Reason they did that for the GBA version for this exclusive to Japan only game. In Japan games that are hand held only are for kids, and that way it makes it more pleasing to be able to save at every world because of the continued code for kid specially since it is a hard game and will take a lot of time to get used to it specially if it is your first time.

      @@Channel84Winnipeg I think you miss understood, World 9 did exist in the original, it was just back then it was less strick to be disquilified from hit.
