As soon as i saw toad in a lawn chair.....i knew it was a hack.
I figured it was a hack from the reorchestrated Yoshi's Island theme during the winter cave

Unfortunately it is a hack someone made up. Lunar magic no doubt.
I actually have had dreams about there being extra levels on these exact spots in this game!! they weren't exactly the same as these ones, but others must have imagined the same things. Too bad they weren't genuine unused levels that can be unlocked with a game genie. These are just made up rom hacks by someone, which is still impressive, but i just wish they really existed.

the one below the waterfall of vanilla fortress contained an actual ocean level with blooper the squid! and the level on the small island adjacent right of chocolate island 1 had a grass themed level with flying turtle shells! thats what i dreamt were in those levels.

2:05 my jaw DROPPED. Never knew that music from Yoshi's Island was originally from Super Mario World, simply remastered. Such a hidden little gem!! (My jaw also dropped with joy at 6:10)
This is definitely some kind of custom remastered fangame version of SMW; as a 90s kid, I can tell you that the graphics of the SNES weren't high-resolution enough to give us these images. It looks amazing and very true to the original, but I'm pretty sure this isn't SMW per se.
@@longWriterit's just a Rom Hack that adds new content, it's being played on an emulator with an added filter, that's why it looks like this

in Lunar Nagic u can add musics, and they use snes base to reproduce it, non necessarily to use SMW sound fount, anyway it's a Hack Rom, a mod

i really love the idea behind toad's hidden isle. toad famously wasn't in super Mario world so them putting him in a little secret area similar to how yoshi was delicate to a secret area in SM64 is very cute to me.
He should of been on that game like the two before it. So maybe he was actually supposedly on the unused island for a private vacation of his own. Maybe that’s why that island can’t be accessed as a level.
I noticed that Worlds' names in this rom hack are taken from the Super Mario World cartoon TV show
I always believed there were hidden secret levels at those exact spots on those islands. I spent ages searching for them & never found them. Always played Chocolate Island 1 looking for a secret exit. I realised years later that they were mods created using lunar magic then I attempted using it & started making my own custom levels.

Obviously not real. You know you've completed the game when there's a star next to the number of levels. That's at 96. These are just ROM hacks. They're pretty cool, ngl, but still just hacks.

I thought I knew all the secrets and I was the best at this game lol and now I’m like wow, I missed a lot!!!
I remember back in the mid 90s the secret Island where Toad is did exist but No Toad and the level was different. I was mad that my cousins were able to unlock it and I couldn't after looking everywhere on my game and they wouldnt tell me how they did it. You get there and back thru a teleport star. Always wondered if there were secret cartridges with added levels.

That's how I knew it wasn't part of the real game, Yoshi's Island didn't come out the same time as Super Mario World
You know I thought there was two secret exits in the first cave level because once you defeated the 2nd tower you go in the cave and if you look on top of the first cave level you well see 3 rocks
