    Update note: I uploaded this video 3 hours ago but noticed that the audio was not good (blowing out), therefore I fixed that and uploaded again. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

      Hey Alfons, I just got into your channel and I really liked it. I would like to ask you if there's any video of yours that could work to fix or help somehow a Hypermobile Sacroiliac Joint. Cheers!

    Your explanation about the leg staying still and the pelvis moving, using the example of the hairdresser with the skiing injury, is extremely helpful.

    It’s actually making a lot of sense about moving the surrounding “universe” around sth which is broken or not possible to move 😂

    Hello, thank you for help to recommend this movement. I have to. Be more diligent. Are there movements that can help me to be able to put my heel on the opposite knee and be sitting up straight?
    My right hip and knee need help.

    Do this help with urgency? I pee a lot these days. No infection. Kidneys are ok. No pain but only urgency… and now when I pass gas I feel like I need to urinate. Like when I pass gas I feel like my bladder was disturbed by the passing of the gas which makes me feel like I need to urinate.
    I also feel like my bladder is full. But I only just peed 20 mins ago. Please help me is it possible it’s the pelvic floor muscles? Thanks

    I find the comparison wird the house and the Windows hilarious.
    I play the piano. Some say to initiate the Monument from the fingertips, some say from the clavicula or the shoulderblades, or wherever.
    Do you think that initiating a movement from the periphery is online passable if IT also works the different war round? So, wenn you are Wallung, Do you think of your pelvis or your legs?
    Grüße aus Wien;-)

    Question - is this movement helpful for bladder and bowel control?

    • @ImprovingAbility
      @ImprovingAbility  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      one of my teachers used to have this theory: with chronic tension in the muscles (all over the entire body) eventually the muscles will restrict movement of the nerves, then shrink the body, and cause the organs to fail.

    Hey there! Just a question. My husband an dI both notice that when we do the arching/rounding and the neck goes down with arching and up with rounding, we get really sore suboccipitals. Any tips on how to avoid that?? Thanks so much.

    • @ImprovingAbility
      @ImprovingAbility  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Andrea, I do get that too when I wear my heavy motorcycle helmet. Seems the muscles are just not used to it (=too weak). I can’t shorten the roads, but you can shorten the time you do the movements, how big, how fast you do them. Go small and short, but practice daily or 2-3 times a day for 1-2 minutes I would suggest... does this make sense?

    • @ImpulsoCreativo9322
      @ImpulsoCreativo9322 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ImprovingAbility i love your answer. Appreciate ur relating to me. U are awesome. I get it and will work on those darn weak suboccipitals. They cause some nice vertigo and eye strain when they are sore.
