Kids take well to eating meat. Parents just get caught up in convenience foods, not realizing cooking meat meals isn't hard or that time consuming.

I’m two months into carnivore and have had so many wonderful results. I’m a homeschool momma of six children and I’m slowly working to switch my kids to a meat-based, no sugar or grains diet.
I agree that backyard chickens who truly free range hardly eat any layer ration at all. Mine prefer to follow my dairy cow around and eat bugs out of her poop! Their egg yolks are gorgeous dark orange.

It really bothers me when parents insist on their children being vegan or vegetarian. I brought my kids up, now in their 30s, on what I thought was balanced. I guided them to eat some of each colour on the plate. Interested in hearing more now about the best nutrition for children. How do we discourage fast food and highly processed choices.

I’m just realizing that I need to be more patient in transitioning my kids. My 18 yr old daughter jumped right in with me because her body was craving red meat, but my boys are more reluctant, and will still eat junk if they’re out and it’s an option. But it hasn’t even been a month yet, and their diet is so much cleaner already!

I'm a survivor of the Vegan/Veggie diet resulting in 2 serious auto immune conditions, psychological reactiveness and now peripheral neuropathy. Carnivore is beginning to reverse the physiological conditions, made me calm and level and much physically stronger. I joined the Steak and Butter Gang forum to help me get community support. It worked within 2 months. Gonna do all of 2024 on Carnivore now. It is truly miraculous and now fully backed by scientific studies which are showing that it is real and works. I didn't need a study to tell you this, I'm doing it!

I'm trying my best to eat meat but really struggling but want to transition some how. It's the thought and texture of it I don't like and know for a fact I've been lacking in nutrients even tho my bloods always normal when I get it checked. Any tips on transitioning please 🙏

I just want to cry. When I was pregnant with my first, I got severe meat aversion (now I’ve learned it was due to overeating) so I stopped eating meat. Then I became vegetarian for the last 6-7 years. Through my pregnancies, breastfeeding and feeding my children if 3 and 6 years old. I’ve ruined them. My son is being tested for adhd and autism. I’m trying to get them eat meat now, it’s a struggle and they are fed processed food at daycare and school celebrations. I’m heartbroken.

I have three young kiddos under 6 and while I eat mostly carnivore I will not force an all meat diet on my kids. They eat oatmeal, fruit, almond milk, both vanilla and chocolate, peanut butter, popcorn and meat. I don't think all meat is proper for children and the military would probably view it as child abuse and endangerment. They will have plenty of time to decide their food path as they get older. Rught now they are all healthy, happy, lean and perfect. 💗💗💙

Many carnivore parents feed their kids a bit differently than they feed themselves I will not rob my children of a fun part of their childhoods. If they choose carnivore as adults that's great. This is a godsent video. 45 y.o. mum of 5 here. I started off on Keto and have been mainly carnivore for two months now. Im finally managing to get our eldest (16) to give keto a try to wean him off his sugar addiction. Our 13 y.o. is happy to go low carb, but not write carbs off completely, but tbh, he has a very healthy relationship with food and never exceeds in anything. I'd love to win our 10 y.o. over, because he doesnt bode well and might develop a real food addiction. It is hard for me to undo all the bad habits that I myself created for them in many years of standard Western diet. Fortunately it is easier for me to get it right early on in our two youngest (5 and 1 y.o.). Our eldest also has ADHD and our second youngest has autism. I'm very curious to find out whether our new diet can have a positive impact on them, but im sure it will, despite our doctor saying that diet and ADHD anre in no way connected!!! What a quack! He ate some meat as a toddler but we also pushed pureed oatmeal/fruits/veggies. Through the years, he has refused to eat just about everything except cinnamon sticks and PB sandwiches. ATM we supplement wth organ meat gummies, raw milk, and fish oil & multivitamin gummies, just so he will get nutrients!

@@kerrydesilets4226 thank you for the suggestion! We just watched The Magic Pill, and like Abigail, our son eats very limited foods. Bananas, strawberries, cheezits, popcorn, peanut butter sandwiches. We introduced raw milk and he loves that. So we might have to transition him to just raw milk until he decides he is hungry enough for the meat meals we give him.
In the past he would bacon and sausage but he turns his nose up at those now.
But at least we know he CAN eat those. We just need to not give in. I need to be comfortable knowing that it is okay if he goes without food if he doesn't eat what we make him. @@KeetoowahChristina I didn't want to offend so I hadn't mentioned it but that honestly was my husband's advice. I mentioned he's autistic but wasn't diagnosed until adulthood so he was raised as a neurotypical child. His biggest takeaway from his upbringing is that autistic children need to be "broken in", like wild horses. You have to be more determined than they are for them to accept this new thing. That's how his mom got him to wear socks. He couldn't handle the seams and the constriction and his mom said too bad, over and over again until she won.

I need advice if anyone can help. My toddler (18 months) is autistic and has texture issues. I'm having a really hard time getting him to eat his meats unless it's sloppy Joe meat or lasagna (my husband hasn't been able to switch over yet). I've recently been giving him peanut butter mixed with butter and he loves that and also he will drink the 2 good yogurt smoothies mixed with milk which has 3 grams of sugar and 10 grams protein. Other than that, he won't eat much else protein wise. Do you know of any meal supplement drinks or protein drinks or mixes that are low to no sugar that are also ok for toddlers? I mixed a little bit of keto chow in his milk but I don't know anyone to ask if that's ok or how much for him being so little. His doctor tried giving me a powder she said was mostly oils to put on his food. Um no thanks. Seed oils of course. That's what made me think of the butter with peanut butter. Any suggestions? I understand that it's not medical advice, just opinion!

Of course not medical advice, but I sometimes mix some Bulletproof brand collagen peptide powder into my little one's milk. Link is in my description under 'kitchen stuff' I think. I use less than a half a serving to adjust for weight (she's almost 4yrs). It's tasteless and mixes into warm milk well. This brand DOES contain sodium however, so that would be something to talk to your pediatrician about. Other than that, it sounds like you have a good foundation going, and I would just try to keep building on that. Eggs would also be something to play around with, if you can get free range ones especially, they're so high in nutrition. My LO likes over easy, but you could try all different cooking methods, even steamed egg pudding (recipe tutorial on Steak and Butter Gal's channel) to see what your baby likes texture wise! Hope this helps and all the best to you, Mama!! ❤️❤️

@neahsway Thank you! I can't get him to eat eggs so far no matter how I cook them. I've thought about making runny eggs and drizzling that into his milk then just hope he doesn't taste it. Lol. I will definitely look into the bulletproof protein powder. Thanks again!

My thought goes to what happens when others find out? Our society is so hung up with SAD i would be afraid to let anyone know i was doing this with my children for fear they would turn me in for abuse. Worse, that authorities and doctors would affirm its abuse.

I pay a naturopath out of pocket. I will not take my kids to the pediatrics office, they have shown so much incompetence in the past. Their advice has been downright dangerous. They should know the studies. Educating them is NOT your job.

Everybody's different. God made herbs, fruits, vegetables, and seeds to plant and harvest for us to eat. IMO, humans existed for less than 8,000 years, according to the Bible's timeline.

How can we deign to know what 8,000 years meant in God Years…? 🤔
