When traveling with family the only one that makes sense is the VX, but Priority Pass sucks in most US airports. Sky clubs are my favorite lounges, specially in NY but impossible to bring your family. 🍷
🍷 Fly 2-4x per year, got the Delta Reserve Business in the fall. Food & beverage the most important thing for me, though a quieter space and chairs that can fit a larger guy always helps. If I were to get a different card, then probably the AmEx Business Platinum, as long as they keep the 1.5x for purchases >$5k benefit. If they do away w/that then I'd prob look into the Venture X.
Can you do a video on using 5% cash back credit cards to purchase miles, or points when they go on sale for 50-70% off? This would more than double the CPP value
The best airport lounges I've been to required at least international premium economy class on ANA. I guess for domestic travel PP could be alright, but for the most part they don't match international flights.
I thought that the Venture X business didn't give lounge access to AUs (unlike there personal flavor). Hast hat changed? For a while the lounge benefit of the VX biz was restaurants vs the AU access with the personal. Did that change when the Biz version lost restaurants?
Good catch Jonathan! As of filming, Venture X Business (and Spark Cash Plus) do not count towards 5/24. Spark Cash Select has mixed data points. Spark Miles and Spark Miles Select do count for 5/24. (for anyone reading this in the future, would double check since things can easily change 🫠) (but yes, my fear was that the updated VX Biz would eventually count for 5/24, would rather play it safe vs. have someone apply for something and then feel screwed over!)

***Sebby: 🍷🍷🍷You forgot to mention the biggest disappointing difference the Venture X Business with its little brother-No INDIVIDUAL lounge access for authorized users’ cards without the primary cardholder’s presence at the lounge :-(🍷🍷🍷…for the Capital One lounges. The AUs still receive INDIVIDUAL Priority Pass lounge access for up to 2 guests…WITHOUT the primary cardholder’s presence.🍷🍷🍷
Didn’t even know that US Bank offered a business card with Priority Pass! Thanks,
Happy to help!
🍷thanks for the video. I'm just starting to learn and your videos are easy to follow.
🍷I fly 3 times a year, so Venture X is good enough for me.
Does PP with VX Business allow me to use it in restaurants?
Watching from the Centurion Lounge in Charlotte! #squad 🍷

🍷 great video
Can you do a business card ranking video? Similar to how you rank personal cards.
Maybe do comparison for high spend vs low spend.

Yep, on the list :) It's also a pretty common tactic among business owners (way to expense business class for a more reasonable rate).

Hey applied for the Delta reserve business thru your link. Had a question what does the authorized user get you besides lounge access?
Thanks! AU gets to use the TakeOff15 promo code, flight benefits from the card, and their spend helps you earn MQDs.

I was under the same impression, hope someone can confirm!

Does VX Biz count towards 5/24? I heard conflicting DP
