    Kelli you are so beautiful and healthy, I love your workout videos. I think you are the best, you are 10 times more motivating than those Instagram girls who post full faces of makeup and glamorous non-functional wear while exercising. You make me believe that getting fit is possible

    would you ever consider making a series of yoga videos, leading up to advanced moves like headstands/handstands? there a lots of videos like that from other users but I just really like fitness blender, and I think I'd actually commit to it if Kelli was teaching me!

    Used this as our recovery workout this morning after a long week indoors and daily exercises to keep us from going insane had us feeling tight and sore. Was soo perfect! Lovely stretches and felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you!

    Thanks for this yoga/pilates routine. It was just what I needed for Fibromyalgia. I looked at several youtube videos & this one was by far what I was looking for. The right length, low impact, stretching every muscle, no equipment, and so on. :)

    I've made it a routine to do one of your Yoga Pilates workouts most mornings. Especially when I'm sore from workouts the day before, it helps with stiffness and just feeling better overall. Thankful that this channel exists. Have loved the workouts since 2013. :)

    Wow, very nice and relaxing. Definitely an excellent video to soothe the soul during these crazy, trying times. It’s actually pretty easy. Something like this, and then weights/yoga/Pilates on the other day, then just repeat it over and over and over every other day. Stay hydrated, keep moving, and your brain/stomach will also tell you to EAT HEALTHILY!! 🧘‍♂️ 🙏🏼 be well, y’all.

    I really appreciate a truly full body stretch in one video. It's very frustrating needing 3 or 4 videos from fancy yoga channels to target every muscle. I think that's done on purpose for views. 🤔 thank you guys for being down to earth, no frills, and serious about fitness. I watch this a few times a week and it is amazing each time. It also helps a lot with increasing flexibility gently. Hope you all are well. ❤️

    This is my favorite stretching routine. Kelli adds modifications to each stretch that keeps my mind engaged and the time flies by. Plus, it is a great stretch and tension release.

    I attempted this workout over a year ago and it was the 1st stretch I did after brushing my teeth. It was a good full body stretch and I noticed it reshaped my body in a good after continuously doing it for 10 days and I noticed my heart beat also increased a bit towards the end and my body heated up mildly.
    I had a leg injury and was in bed rest for 1 year. And I gave gained a lot of weight and was feeling depressed. I remembered this stretch after I recovered from my injury. I starred doing this stretch now for a week continuously and I can see my body taking shape again!!
    Thank so so very much for this full body stretch!! And I love stretches and workouts which mix up yoga, pilaties & normal stretching....it does wonders to my body & I am 39 years old

    I just wanted to send out a Huge Thank You for making this video! I'm 50 years old and Hate exercise but over the last few years have just felt like my entire body was seizing up! It hurt to move, especially my hip and leg area after sitting or lifting my legs to put pants on!! This video fixed that. After doing it 1 time I felt a huge improvement.     I was diagnosed with pediatric Lupus, and now at 18 years old I am always looking for the best way to keep my body energized and moving. Your workout videos do just that for me! If I don't keep myself in shape it can become dangerous to my health. The fact that you guys have this available for free is simply amazing!

    It is a fabulous routine! I have lupus and need get into some stretching exercises in order to not lose my flexibility. It was only one exercise that I couldn't do because a problem with my wrists. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

    I really like this. I wanted a full body stretch cz i dont have to watch lots of little videos i can do this one video every day. I get lower back pain and joint pains. Ive been like this since a teen i bet this is all i needed to do once a day. Its the best video ive found.

    This is a great workout, but what's with adverts every 5 mins? When you're in an awkward position, this could really be dangerous.

      Blame TH-cam, not the channel. I had it happen on several workout videos from multiple channels and finally gave it and purchased the premium.

    Just did this as a part of the FB Low Impact program and I feel great. I'm so proud that I was able to lower myself from a plank position to the ground without collapsing, and vice versa lol. Yay!

    This is a life saver. While I barely make it through a stretching video without feeling like I am about to collapse it is just calming and makes unused muscles ache in a good way. It’ll take so much work to get to pre COVID these workouts will make me try and keep up the momentum.

    That felt AMAZING! I did your 40 minute full body toning and strength video yesterday. Which was awesome! I was a little sore today so this was perfect. Amazing how doing the "s" motion on your hip bones would have popped a super tight lower back!

    I’m currently self quarantined in 2020 due to symptoms of covid which could also be allergies or asthma and I want to thank you for helping keep me active while not overdoing it. I’ve heard it’s best to move a little to keep pneumonia from settling in. I feel less stressed and amazing now. I saved this to every favorites and playlist I have. Thank you!

    Oh gosh.. I am 290lbs and I did this instead of my HIIT training cos I was a bit tired and I'm glad I did, I worked up a good amount of sweat and I was happy to explore how my body has changed since I began my healthy life journey a month ago. So far so good 😊

    Always go back to this on a rest day or when am stressed and it really helps the best stretching ever feel so relaxed after it!

    Excellent stretch video FB thank you. Been on my feet all day, doing a physical job and even though it is low intensity...my poor legs were still shaking during this. Feel lovely and relaxed now. Thanks again

    I woke up feeling really lazy today, adding to that i have a leg injury so i cant do any HIIT. But i just clicked on this and am glad i did. Feelin much better now. Thanks Kelli.

    After aprox 3 months of not working out, I decided yesterday to get back to your sessions, I started with half hr low impact and today I'm feeling it lol, so this stretching was amazing, thanks you xx

    I really liked this. I couldn't do all of the stretches, but I tried. Hopefully I'll be able to do the whole thing eventually!
