You're absolutely right concealment means nothing if you can't hang on to your gun
Would have preferred the g45 but working outside sweating all day the plate screws and under plate rusts.
I have the 2024 version of the 19X MOS Threaded Barrel.

Right now, i carry a G19 been doing so for 22 years first a gen 3 now a gen 5 90% of the time with a +2 oem extension. My hand fits the grip, and there are a few millimeters to spare. i have a 19X, and for some reason, i shoot easier with it than with the 19 or the 17, so i ordered a 45. i was going to use it for home defense, but i might try to EDC it after my personal mandatory test i don't have a problem concealing the 19 with the extension so y don't think the 45 will be any different maybe my 20 plus year old EDC configuration changes 👍
The 19 is a great EDC. But the larger grip frame on the 19X and 45 is so much better! Can't go wrong with either of em.

@@S2StrategicDefense no I haven’t been able to go to the range yet ☹️☹️ I work night shifts and I’ve been so busy and of course I get so tired and just want to sleep during the day eve on weekends!! But I will post it when I get the chance to go shoot my new toy!!

I love my 19x but I'm gonna s3nd her to frank castle custom and for carry I like my 19 mos and sometimes I carry my 48mos and sometimes as a back up I have the silver slide 43x .
I have a G48 too... I like it for when I need a smaller/lighter lead-slinger.

I'm not sure what you mean by asking if ANY firearm is suitable for a belt. Firearms have a purpose and utility.. but being matched for a belt isn't one of those.
How often did you change the Glock 19X recoil spring?
To date I've never changed the recoil spring.
What grip tape is that please?

They do regret choosing something other than a Glock 😉
I was talking to one of my guys last week who received the Sig as an issued firearm.... first thing he said... "I wish it was a Glock man. I like the Sig but it is real finicky"
Unless you are boarding a ship in the middle of the ocean, the G19x has no place if the G45 exists… same size and because of the lanyard attachment point, the 19x will not accept all double stack Glock mags (g17+). Also, not offered in the gen 5 fs (front serration) model or MOS!
Yeah but when the 19X came out.. the G45 wasn't released yet. Hence why I have both... and I agree, now that the G45 is out the 19x becomes a lil obsolete.
