it's trully a shame the vid doesn't get more views. 'Cause you're truly inspirational for the normal folks like me, balancing work, study and running.

As a dad of 2 young girls myself Intake my hat off to you to be able to do these kind of weekly volumes. Ive been working with a coach on less volume but more quality runs at around 35/40 miles a week. Evidence supports both approaches. Might be good to do a video on that as a vs?

that's a great video idea - i've had both work for me personally as well, especially for shorter race distances. one of the main reasons i ramped up aggressively was i felt my endurance was lacking after the charlotte marathon in 2022. if you have more years of running experience i also think you can get away with lower relative mileage

good comment ! i go for the high mileage route as i prefer it, i dont like working out as much, running is enjoyment to me, and i get injured less doing so.

Need to pin this video for all new Hobby Jogger subscribers. It really gives you insight to the man, the myth, the legend, Yowana that you see mashing out the miles in his daily videos.

Love all the videos my guy. But please tuck that strap in!!! So distracting lmao
But for real, respect the grind and putting out all these videos consistently!

Not very impressive. More very egotistical."While my wife is cooking dinner" how about you scaled down on the running and gave her some support! Being "engaged" while home sounds kind of lame. Maybe your wife could have a hobby like you?

thanks for watching! i'm sorry that was what you got from the video - that's not the way my wife or i see it. i'm fortunate to be in a relationship with a partner who supports my goals, hopes and dreams. thanks again for engaging with my channel
