Not many people know about the folding seats. It's honestly the smallest bedroom for two on four wheels, and the glass sunroof is really amazing when the sky is clear at night.
I have one 1993 base model very reliable still works with 330.000 km (200.000 miles ) on clock, very cheap to maintenance and it has character like you said, great video
My grammy and then my mom owned a Mark 1 Twingo and I've never loved a car as much as I did our blue cute blob. When I'm finally done with my drivers license (at the ripe old age of 30....) I'll maybe sell the '06 Clio I technically own and get a Mark 1 on my own. It's the perfect city car and one of the most adorable, practical, cute and comfortable cars ever.

Such wonderful as you say quirky little cars full of Personality they are a real asset to own easy to drive and the engines in those will clock up quite a few miles another good one by Renault is the Modus it's quirky to and the "initial Paris" version is just gorgeous

I own one, had it since 2006,,not quite the top it does not have the sun roof, the rear seats fold forward well to make for more load carrying, I have no major issues and it passes its MOT every year, how ever the road tax sucks its £180.

They are rare, but its not like its such a hard thing to import, they were everywhere in france, the only hurdle you might face is the brexit import duty you're gonna have to pay now

Mine rusted out at 315k kilometers, engine worked like new. Bought newer one, currently at 200k km ..

Hi this is mine, there is less than 300 in the uk for sure, ive never seen one here
I’ve spotted a few within London over the last few years, one of which is parked in East London - Still very rare motors.
