That movie literally changed my life.
The actors were fantastic, the directing/photography brilliant, the music beautiful.
And Keats is also my favorite poet...
One of my very favorite movies of all time. Truly emotional.
Yeah, he's an amazing actor, and good looking, but does anyone else find his voice fascinating?
He’s the kind of human who could read me a poem in order to fall asleep 😴

Yes, BW is delightful to listen to - and his diction is so exact. In interviews he likes to give precise and meaningful answers - so he pauses to reflect on what he is saying.
For an English actor at such a high level of excellence he has a studiedly "ordinary" voice - down-to-earth and beguiling at the same time. Of course he went to RADA so he is in the best tradition of British theatre studies - I guess that's where he learnt to do the background research he talks about here. Great man.
This is absolutely a masterpiece.. HE is a masterpiece too... Luv him
I wonder why the movie didn't get as big as possible in the media. It is replete with beauty. The juxtaposition of Keats' poetry with the soundtrack and cinematography is just breathtaking. Ben Whishaw was perfect. I agree with you. I totally fell in love with him, even more than before.

Ben plays the role of John Keats incredably! I cried when he died, and the passion was very easily seen :) i loved it! and ill definitly be looking for him in more movies.

I personally love the ability that Ben has to interchange in between his shy, modest, outside character, and into this magnificent act that he portrays in all of his films. Kudos, Ben! I love to watch him in movies but I bough this one and I was terribly bored. Actors like this make me respect the profesion because does not seem vain or looking for anything else but to do what he likes and be part of something artistic. and Isnt he cute?
