It's just my husband and I, we both like to cook. We find that more often than not we cook a dal with flat bread and whatever greens are in season. Your channel has given me so many ideas for combinations. Yum!
Also I find the quality of your videos to be restful to watch. I love your restrained use of background music. So much nicer to hear the natural sounds of your kitchen. Thank you!

Yum! Will definitely give this a go. I only recently discovered how well nuts and mushrooms go together. I find thay greens work really well with this combo, too. My new favorite quick pasta dish is to sauté mushrooms with in a little oil and add chopped pecans and a little nutmeg, then wilt some tender greens (I like mustard greens, but spinach works well, too) in the same pan. Finish off with some tahini and serve over wholemeal (whole wheat) pasta or buckwheat soba. Add a squeeze of lemon and/or some lemon zest just before serving. I can get this on the table in about 25 min if I use soba noodles, which is faster than stopping for takeaway (take out). Thanks for inspiring me to try to cook healthy meals every day!

For example a day thatI have to work till 9 pm and need something light to eat that night? Reheat will be in oven or crockpot because I do not have a microwave ;) Hope to get an answer one of these days :)) greetz, Mirjam
