This looks amazing! I am dying for a sweet lime coconut curry with shrimp, any chance you have something up your sleeve??

Looks scrumptious! Will try next week. I usually put grated courgettes in a clean tea towel and "wring" it to get out the moisture

Yes! I know that those of us with zucchini coming out of our ears are thankful for this one. If you showed me 846 recipes using them, I'd try them all.

Made it yesterday and we all loved it! The taste was surprisingly fresh and completely different from the paneer-potato-kofta-curry you posted not so long ago (which I already cooked several times). I will definitely prepare it again. So delicious!

does seem to be more pakora than kofta--tempted to try the pakodas in kadhi to add some veg to the dairy, starch, and oil.

Hi Chetna, I have already made this curry 3 times before I saw this video. Everyone loved it. It's easy and so authentic. Thanks ❤

Very nice 👍 What I liked most is the shape ; one old lady told me long back that the koftas should be coarse in shape, just the way you prepared , different cooks have their own style of gravies, but I like your smooth curry with crunchy koftas 👌👌🙌💯

Using a spiral slicer to process the courgettes (zucchini) would make this fun (for me). Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Looks great. Courgettes have zoomed up in price in our local (Norfolk) supermarket, but are currently a lot cheaper at the roadside, as everyone gets a glut at once. Veg and gram flour are a useful combo for diabetics like me, as the carb level (GI) is so low.

Ooh this looks gorgeous! Are the courgette koftas good on their own too? I've been trying to think of healthy or vegetable heavy lunchbox ideas😊

Would it be okay to make the Kofta early in the day. Put aside and reheat in an oven? I ask because of needing to cook for 20 people. Thank you for this recipe and ALL of your Videos. Love, Love.

If you salt the courgettes, they will release more water

the 5 shots of the end dish. it started as a main meal sized entree ontop of a sauce/curry gravy, then it slowly turned. eat it at whichever stage u like

What makes these koftas instead of pakoras? I thought koftas were like meatballs

Do you think all the aunties back home blend this curry? Cause my blender isn't working. Can I substitute another veg, like maybe butternut?

Mmmm that looks great! How many servings can I make get from a baseball-bat-size zucchini? 😉
