      Ja John, having travelled to/lived in various world cities on work & vacay, Msia may not be cheapest but still very reasonable, affordable living costs and fantastic world-class amenities as compared with other Asia continent cities. Msia is def the heart and gateway to Asia - Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand et al just literally 'stone-throw away' 😁. It's hi-time Msia govt be more selective on the MM2H thing bc this country is a magnet for online scammers eg. the Macau thing who surprisingly live in high-rise condos and residential enclaves! One time few yrs back we attracted rogues frm Latin America! Less said of a scheming grp frm one west African country. Anyway, for the hard-core million dollar foreign scammers what's the MM2H increased $$$ prerequisites setting-up scamming bases in this country. Ofc the genuine ones would be affected. Anyhow, if there's will, there's way ja! Having lived abroad (brief stay, the Bronx and internship visit in NY) Msia is ever ever uniquely welcoming expats and tourists - the bona fide ones eh!🤭

    • @Photojouralist123
      @Photojouralist123 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@namira4218 yes the Macau scammers are everywhere in even in our building! But gone now. The MM2h policy is working beautifully just what the government wants. To repel applicants and basically shut it down. Being here for the past 25 years this is exactly what they want. Most do not understand. Folks like me qualified and are probably the only hand full of MM2h around. Looks like I’ll the the last man standing many have left already but I’ll stay

Besides it is good to see other countries through Ken's and d other youtubers' channel as well .... It is nice to follow their journey ... We can see, know and learn about other countries by following them in their travel journey .... So yes, why wouldn't we follow their journey and support them .... ??? ... Consequently, you are more than qualified to represent Malaysia as a tourism ambassador to the outside world. Well, in my opinion I wouldn't prefer to get settled in Malaysia, because a lot of local robbers are waiting for the foreigners to trap them and steal their assets. Personally, I feel may be the tropical climate and the natural greenery may attract the foreigners but in fact Malaysia is not a very good place to settle and live your entire life.
      I believe that a wise and smart person now a days wouldn't prefer to live in Malaysia, due to their rising economic crisis and their lazy people, I observed that most of their local people are very lazy also.
      I would advise to every body else "don't plan to settle in Malaysia", just go their for tourism that's fine.

    1. You're not retiring. Why do you want to get the MM2H?
    2. You will be travelling all over the world. But whenever you're in the neighbourhood, drop by. Malaysia gives a 3 months visa, no question ask.
    3. Anyway, you are always welcomed here.

    Relatable 😂 as a Malaysian, I hate loud motorbikes as well when they speed past me, I bet they're just trying to be "cool" or showoff which is just annoying.
    Also, Malaysia was once a British colony along side with Singapore so is not a surprise that English is somewhat commonly used here. Infact there are some Malaysians who can speaks English better than the national language of Malay, the community or society is sometimes divided because not knowing how to speak Malay as a Malaysian is considered unpatriotic.
